I have played lots at this casino. Have made 21 deposits without any withdrawals over a six month period. Something is not right. It was my number 1 casino but truthfully only losing for 6 months solid, even very good casinos are poor these days, not only iwild but many others. Lower rtp games are only good for the cadino not the player.

Really good casino!! Lots of games to choose from and you can play all of them on bonus. Customer support very responsive and solved any issues quickly.

Seems like there is a pattern of difficulty to verify your account, also agree that the messages from support are not helpful. I contacted support, they told me to write a letter indicating my deposit details, after submitting screen shots, bank statement, gigadat email confirmation. The letter also was rejected, even though they asked me to write this. Talk about running around in circles. I have played at other Hollycorn casinos which were always pretty good, unfortunately, this is a bad apple...

Well I see that many players are finding it very difficult to get verified at this casino, I would have to agree as to after posting many document, etc to the site, they keep asking me for the same documents again. It too bad as the game play was good, the verification/withdrawal time, way too long. Players being to feel harassed by unreasonable requests for more documents. The really good casinos I have played at get your account verified in minutes, as well as payments sent the same day. They know what they are doing, based on the duplicate requests in the verification process, they come across as not being very good at their business. The casino continues to write and ask for a legal document to be displayed the way they wish it to rather than the way its produced by the bank. The bank uses my legal first name, I go by my third name..

  • verification of the account, gives the client the impression they have no idea what they are doing, unless appearing to not have documents is their strategy.

This casino has the worst rtp I have seen... I played a balance of 214, was lost before I was able to play thru 250. This means that the session rtp was 15%, when the games supposedly are at least 94% rtp, so something stinks on this... Live chat useless

Not sure what level of rtp the casino is using but I decided to try them again as they do great on customer service. And upgraded my review score!! After another deposit - third my rtp for the site is 58.44% . I noticed a delay/pause on the return of the game results while playing. This can be very detrimental to game results.

The verification of an account is terrible, have been at this several weeks and reading the reviews below, of stealing from people is very disturbing. I had provided my id and they lost it, this was provided to them on June 24, 2023. They wanted me to add my documents back again, its not very good at all. I am going to have to report this to the police as its a big concern that identity theft may occur from playing at their casino...

  • verification and payment never gets completed and they have not paid me. I requested a withdrawal June 23, 2023 and still have not gotten my account verified...its been a nightmare, I would agree customer service is terrible, inconsistent. Is this a licensed casino?

The casino does not flag a duplicate account created in error. Then state they can terminate you but will still allow a deposit. Threaten you with termination and when asked to have deposit refunded they will apply the rules which at the same time insist you play even though they also tell you the account will be terminated. Good casinos dont accept a deposit when a duplicate account exists and also have checks in place to not create the duplicate account in the first place
