the one-time thing is probably true who knows...when the RTP¨ drop ist steep.
i provoke them ( on the surface i fit the profile) and i can't emphasize enough they will try to question YOU and reject your documents to verify your ID...lie here and there about documents being cropped or something along those lines but in the end...they are a legit business under licensed and they value that.
customer service is experienced, can be good but also very toxic as they try to induce tilt or mistake from you..

Not a bad casino...but they have 2 verification steps....your ID and then payment verification which can be stalled...so you must be careful and hold on to your winnings because ist likely that you will need to fight for it
if you want a quick gamble and move on ...fine otherwise don't even try.
The responsible gaming tool is weird..no deposit limit or lost limit only account locking for 1 to 7 days.

i see a lot of negative reviews about their bonus money..but i dont play with bonus money in the first place and i had a nice gaming experience there 'Slots were operating well', I dont know if it's related or not.
as far as I can tell this site cares about its reputation and it is well managed ' which in my opinion is the most important thing....they want regular customer
my ID was verified before playing and it was quick about 2 days...i cashed out some winnings but it was canceled once at the same time i had an issue with another transaction from this payment provider which was supposedly the cause of the issue...
