Jag har redan kommenterat här en gång.

Jag väntade 11 dagar på min utbetalning på 1000 euro. Men jag fick den till slut.


Nu vann jag något igen den 31 mars och 1 april och har väntat sedan dess.

Jag har precis fått betalningarna igen, så allt fungerar bra för mig.


Jag håller tummarna för att ni alla fortfarande får era utbetalningar.

update from me: this is so frustrating, they are paying me out in 500, but now i am waiting since 9th april for my next 500 , its a nightmare , support doesnt answer my emails and live support just give the same copy and paste answer

Jag har väntat på mina pengar sedan 12 mars. Jag har redan lämnat in ett klagomål. Jag skickade de begärda dokumenten den 15 april och idag, 3 dagar senare, skrev support till mig och sa att de hade skickats vidare till ekonomiavdelningen. Under tiden har jag skickat ytterligare dokument, en skärmdump av MIFINITY, till kasinot. Det var ekonomiavdelningens begäran i klagomålet. Det var 2 dagar sedan. Jag vet inte om den har kommit än. Hittills inget svar från casinot och fortfarande inga pengar. Så är det med detta casino!!! Du är helt enkelt maktlös och tappar tron på välrenommerade casinon!!!

I see that you have managed to start a complaint, which is a good step when you are still waiting for your money. 

However, have you successfully verified your account? Did you play with any bonus or not ? Are you still in contact with casino in context of your withdrawal?

Account says no need for verification at this time, and i never use deposit bonus, and all they keep saying is be patient

Obviously, the fact that you have been able to withdraw a few times before this delay sounds at least promising, right? Still, it would be fair to pass a decent explanation to you.

Hello all.


I have recently ran into a casino known as NovaJackpot.com, operating with a curacao license and under the company Rabidi N. V.


This company has been holding my withdrawal for a month now after their website promises a 3-5 day withdrawal. Since day 3 of the withdrawal process, I kept asking the live support when the money would be sent out and they just kept responding with the automated response of "soon". They have no actual intention of sending it out and after threatening to report their company to the licensing agency for the casino, they banned my account. Please stay away from this casino.


Their email support has also not replied to any of my emails that I sent weeks ago.


Amount deposited: $910

Amount attempted to be withdrawn: $520

Hi, I'm sorry you got yourself into this situation. Does it mean that you still have some balance in your account and the casino has blocked your account with it ? I think a month for one withdrawal is quite a lot, so it's good that you filed a complaint

Did you play with any bonus or not ? 

Anyway, since you have a complaint, our team will try to help you and I strongly believe that it will be successful. 

For now, we'll have to wait and see how the investigation goes.

This is a scam casino and I will not get my winnings. I've been waiting for 3 month already. Money withdrawal request have been canceled by the casino time after time and I have not received any kind of message or explanation as to why. The authorizations are fine, but they are still being questioned all the time. And a document of bank transactions is not accepted even if it is from the right time and the deposit is visible.

Good, so if the casino really has a good reason not to accept your documents, it must be something else.

Speaking of which, I imagine you have exchanged some responses with its staff, any mentions about why these documents have not been accepted?

Obviously, 3 months is far from the normal time line, so I have little doubt you have not asked them.
