Seriously...I came across a lot of casinos and I can just say that the verification and payout went smoothly like nowhere before. I was verified in a few minutes, asked for a payout and the money arrived on my bank account in minutes. All over less than 1 hour.

The money: I made some winnings, ie quadrupled my deposit...and still no problem.

I played at Cyberbet a while ago and closed down my account due to gambling addiction. They continued to send me marketing emails...thats stopped eventually.

A year or so later they started to send me marketing emails again and I clicked on one. I was able to log in with another email (looks like I had two accounts) and lost some money. I then asked to close down my account due to gambling addiction and they left it open for another day...and I was able to lose even more money.

So overall they do not care much about player safety.

Also they offer their service to Germany = illegal.

I opened an account, lost a bit of money and asked for an account closure. No answer since a week. Account is still open. So I wrote them that "I am addicted"...still no answer and account stays active.

I would not trust that casino at all.

I played at the casino for a few days, mainly sports.

1. Unfair practices
When I was up a few hundret Euros they banned me from single bets "as per company decision". They never told me why, but the idea is clear:
a. Player can use the casino (where we all lose)
b. Player has to take higher risks, ie multi bets to play

So I used multi bets and lost a fair amount to end up in minus again. I then paid out the rest...

2. Illega offering?!
Also I read here at casinoguru that they do not accept players from Germany. So I asked them and they said: "This must be some mistake because we accept customers from Germany, please excuse us for this misunderstanding. I can assure you that there is no problem with accepting customers from Germany."

Now I found out that is is indeed a big problem as they do not have a license for the German market! So they are illegal.

3. Never received any bonus
It says "50% bonus for your deposits with your bank account." - I never received any bonus. The bonus site was always empty. I asked them and they told me I had a welcome bonus and a 2nd deposit bonus. They told me after they banned me from single bets and that I lose them if I pay out the rest of my money. As they banned me from single bets I was not interested to lose the rest of my money too.

So overall: I think pretty unfair. Clearly, if you are willing to lose all your money you can play here. But banning someone from single bets just after a few Euros up clearly shows the intention of the bookmaker: Winners are not welcome!
