Got the same reply here. Looks like cashbulls either have no link with Mydates or is trying to avoid a refund.


Hope those who succeeded respond here on how they did it.

Grotobook wrote back to me and told me that basically the bank will side with them because I authorised the transactions even though I did not purchase anything from them. They also asked me to provide photo ID and a copy of my bank card obviously I didn't. My bank basically are saying due to my unique ip address my claim has been unsuccessful. I am appealing as it has nothing to do with my ip address and not only that my ip address is not even registered to my home address it is registered at a data center 300 miles away on my sons buissness data server. I have reported grotobook mydate and Helpersm and cleverprix to action fraud as its the same company/person who it's registered too it's time to stop these criminals.

It's basically a question and answers, I didn't keep a copy of the report just explain as much as you can giving as much detail. I didn't add all individual as they are all linked so when you come to part of business make sure that all the buissness are related mydate grotobook (duckduckgo) for info and just add it all together.

Of course the bank will ignore it. If you make a claim for a unauthorized payment but did do a 3DS confirmation when depositing to the (illegal) casino you lose the right to claim on fraud base since the only one who could have approved the payment would be you.


The only option to get successful chargeback is to contact the merchant that is visible on your transaction and ask them for a refund as you did not receive your order and/or want a full cancellation. Since most of those merchants are dummy webshop being processed by payment processors as cash bull, zinzipay etc. the merchant wont respond so you can file a chargeback with the e-mail you sent for your cancellation or asking them for an update on the shipment of your goods.


And as 90% of the merchants will not fight your chargeback it is likely that you will succeed and get your refund. Because they do not wish to get the attention of MasterCard for being a fake webshop that process payments for (illegal) casinos and could even be seen as money laundering in some cases.


Of course I have to state that you should not exploit this work around and only do so when you have reached out to the casino of your withdrawal that has been rejected or the casino is illegal operating and should be aware of this (as most are but do not care😉).

Also wintermdsm asked for my bank statements for proof of transactions and first six digets of card numbers, is this normal? Should I send them?

I did the bank are playing silly beggers. I had international blocks and gambiling blocks on my account when these transactions where made they took the payments out in € when I asked the bank why they allowed the transaction to go out they said the merchants actually took the payments in £ due to MISCODING to override the system. But the bank put them through as € payments if they knew it was happening then why didn't they stop it so they have admitted fraudulent transactions. Smh they don't want to admit their error. Then they tell me about my ip address which is irrelevant saying I use my online banking so what. As I said my ip address is registered to my sons buissness server at a data center 300 miles away all they can see is when I log in and out of online banking.

Pixeleum won't help you. They will say the transactions are on the blockchain and that you have purchased art!! They are thieves
