Jag är 100% säker på att han tog. Jag har inte sett sådana anomalier. Låt oss säga att jag spelar med 180 euro, spelet tappar mig och ger mig tillbaka 220 euro, vilket gjorde ett gott intryck på mig 😀. Tyvärr har jag inget sätt att bevisa det, jag har bara videorna från kraschen. Annars manipulerar detta casino slots och det är jag säker på.

Sadly, this is everlasting evergreen - players struggle to prove the casino is altering slots. I'm still convinced more of those situations are bugs, I have never heard about a case where the casino was caught during tempering with slots. Have you, perhaps?

I will submit complaint, casino will answer that they can not do something, It is provider verification. How complaint will help? Are possible to decrease rating of this casino with this complaint?

The casinos can always contact the provider. I've already read a few reports from providers confirming technical glitches on individual game rounds. Anyway, whenever the casino contacts the provider, the whole process usually takes a few weeks, usually over a month.

Anyway, you reminded me one complaint case where the casino also claimed there were some issues with Wazdan games while the provider claimed everything was fine. I believe the result is that the casino doesn't provide Wazdan games anymore. You can take a look at the complaint. It's quite an interesting reading and getting the complaint resolved took a few months!

No they don’t you know they’re meant to be impartial and fair for both size but for some reason, every time you get a reply, they back the casino up

I have my own opinion 🙂: Could it be that players tend to see things exclusively from their side when we also consider the casino's point of view?

Explaining the most common situations or sharing experiences is actually the real purpose of this forum. And it has nothing to do with "backing up casinos".

As far as reviews are concerned, I think they are about 50/50, because the casino has not only good but also bad reviews. Every player has a different experience in the casino and if they have a good one, it doesn't mean it has to be a scam.

I think it is healthy to share your experience, and additionally, if there is truly some problem, we could even help you out.

I would not say we don't want to see things.

We just prefer to investigate; both can be achieved per complaint feature. Thus, I'd say, now is the time to explain the situation in more detail. Can you do that, please?

al bad comments are true .the casino is a joke .deposits take 7 days to get into your acount .you can deposit 10000€ a day but you can only withdraw 500€ every 24 hours.this tactic make sure the other money left you will play it away.i won 1647€ after submitting documents i was able to cash out 500€ only per day .wich was succesfully accepted .same day i made other withdrawl 500€ for the next day and again it was succesfully accepted and detucted from the balance .there was now left 646€ in the balance so late in the evening i was playing suddenly my balance was back at 1164€ in game .i lost it all .i noticed in all these casinos if you begin to play first time you win and if you try to cashout you cant win 1€ anymore they suck your balance dry .no matter what you play you will lose .the casino claim that it was my responsibility that i played my balance away i should wait .for me another dark criminal casino with criminal terms just to take your money .i am trying to file a complaint her but it wont allow me is there a problem ?i dont understand the high rating here i mean a casino who do not want you to cash out your wins because they use some made rules in them favour is for me a criminal hole and nothing else .curacao should now stepp in and make sure all these rules will deleted fro the sites .it is causing huge financial damage to the players.stupidkyc and cash out rules .this cost me in 4 days 9000€ loss because casino use this rules to make sure player will not cash out his wins.

stay clear from this casino.they have responsible gaming tools like limits and selfexclusion but all take 72 hours to be excuted.the withdrawals wich are max500€ per 24 hours are a joke .if you make more withdrawal will go in que but you still can play it away .if you like to gamble and you cant limit yourself you are screwed here and you will always end up at loss .i lost 1146 € i played it way even half was withdrawn and confirmed .they do not protect your funds they are protecting themself.i closed my acount and will never come back here .stupid fraud terms in favor of casino only.
