JAG REKOMMENDERAR INTE detta casino, de har vilseledande och ibland dåligt översatta termer, det verkar inte säkert att spela. Bonusarna har mycket hög rollover och superlåga konverteringsgränser. Jag hade en aktiv bonus på 2,5 euro, men jag spelade aldrig med den, jag vann ungefär 200 euro med mitt riktiga saldo och de tog all vinst från mig. Detta kasino är verkligen vilseledande. Det var en mycket dålig upplevelse, supporten hjälper dig inte alls, säger att allt står i villkoren, när dessa är mycket dåligt översatta och inte specificerar allt. Jag hade spelat på detta casino ett tag och hade tidigare tagit flera bonusar, som alla hade en konverteringsgräns, nästan alltid 10x. Jag aktiverade dem vanligtvis efter att ha spelat mitt riktiga saldo och tagit ut det (efter att ha gjort minst 1x till mitt riktiga saldo). Men när jag hade små bonusar som 0,5 euro - 3 euro, aktiverade jag dem innan och gjorde omsättningen med min insättning, med mitt riktiga saldo. Jag hade gjort det tidigare och hade inga problem, jag hade aktiverat bonusar på 0,5 euro med ett riktigt saldo och när jag slutförde bonusen förlorade jag inte mitt saldo, eftersom jag aldrig rörde dessa 0,5 euro, det verkliga saldot spelades först och sedan bonus. Förra gången jag spelade fick jag inte heller spela med 2,5 euro, från min första satsning började jag vinna och nådde 200 euro, men när jag slutförde satsningen lämnade de mig 35 euro i balans antagligen på grund av konverteringsgränsen. Vilket inte stämmer heller, eftersom jag satte in 15 euro och omräkningsgränsen var 25 euro, skulle det ha varit 40 euro.

Casinots villkor är inte helt klara med detta, även om de anger konverteringsgränserna, ingenstans står det vilket saldo som spelas först och i tidigare bonusar hade det varit det verkliga saldot först. De tog bort mina vinster med verkligt saldo för att ha en aktiv bonus.


Dessutom är många av termerna på engelska och sidan har många fel, jag har haft problem med kampanjer som dyker upp på sidan som inte längre är tillgängliga, det vill säga att de inte uppdaterar den ordentligt. De har även saldon från flera distributörer med fel, när man spelar i CLP multipliceras saldot med 100, det vill säga om du har 10 000 CLP vilket är ungefär 10 euro så ser saldot ut som om du hade 1 000 000. Today (February 20th) in chat I was told it can take up to 21 days. Are you for real???? I have played on many other casino sites and never ever have I heard 21 days for a simple withdraw. However, I have learned that you have problems with the withdrawal, which can take up to three weeks. I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to resolve all withdrawal issues, so if you have a problem withdrawing after that time, be sure to let me know. 

Also did the casino say why it should take up to 21 days and what is the reason for that ?

As you can see again they write 21 days which is unheard of.

Frankly, until the game provider reaches a decision there is little you can do. In my opinion, it is obvious the next course of action will be based on that outcome.

Hello! Whn you deposit and play there is no problem when it is time for withdrawal problems starting.. i deposit via visa but i cannot withdrawal with visa or bank transfer my winnings, only with crypto... I have made my withdrawal with crypto wallet 3 hours ago .. still nothing.. I will update.

Hi, no because now they want to first deposit via crypto and then withdraw, i dont even know how to buy crypto and make a deposit but evn then how i know that this is not just another trick to get another deposit to them and then find somthing else that i have to doin order to w/d my winnings, i dont know what to do.... this is a bad casino that holding your winnings...

At least, I would say the first deposit normally works as a verification, so it's pretty common, though I'd like to know what they intend to verify on cryptocurrency.

I suggest you pick a good crypto wallet, but more importantly, do some research on how to use it correctly, whether you could buy crypto directly, or in the form of an auction, and so on.

As a beginner, I would ask Google "how to start with crypto payment" and then I would sort out the information.

You can also visit the forums or groups focused on cryptocurrencies. Just be cautious; the internet is full of "great trading opportunities" or dedicated experts.
