Hej! Spelat på Jupi casino och vann först 10 000 euro, fick information om att mitt konto var verifierat men när jag skulle ta ut 500 euro fick jag at jag behövde skicka in ytterligare ett ID. Har hållit på fram och tillbaka med dokument i flera veckor. Bad ask gambler om hjälp med att lägga in complaint men blev nekad då dom annonserar Jupi casino som ett ok casino att spela på. Tröttande och gick in och spelade igen så nu är min vinstsumma uppe i 25 000 euro men jag vet inte om jag någonsin kommer få ut mina vinstpengar? är det någon som mottagit en betalning från Jupi casino? Hey Thank you both for you quick respons I will submit a complaint. I was really pusseled that Ask Gambler did not submit my comlplaint? there are so many sajts that has an add and recommends player to play at Jupi casino . I still haven't heard back from Jupi and they refuse to give me an timeframe on when my account is verified with ID nr 2 besides my driver license.

Otroligt att ett casino som är så dåligt betygsatt av dig bara får toppbetyg från Askgambler. Antingen är de alla falska eller så förstår jag inte varför det finns så olika domar. Till exempel, varför finns det inget betyg på Askgambler av Dandosch? Jag sökte efter det, men bara hans olösta fall är listat. Så fler kommer att stöta på detta casino och som jag har en känsla av att allt är bra med dem. Först nu, när jag inser hur trög verifieringen är, spetsade jag öronen och läste prompt bara dåliga saker här och har praktiskt taget skrivit av mina pengar. It's headache after headache with kyc you never meet their reams that's because they don't want you to. So the more people who post things like this the more people who know to look else where. I mean why deposit your hard earned money and never ever see your winnings. It's actually theft. this Bank Statement is a standard part of the KYC process, so I would not take it as proof that this casino is a scam. I think several other aspects are saying that this casino is not a good one:

Shocking website. They have glitches in their technology where the screen will go blank and you can't watch your bet you placed run but the money still gets taken a d nw they have just closed me out if my account whilst I was watching a race

I'm done with them. I sent them my passport, bank statement, photos of debit card I was using and they requested a screenshot of a transaction of a deposit I made. They're a nightmare. Criminals at best

I know that this casino has a terrible reputation, but kindly note that the casino must be 100% sure that it was you, who made the deposit, played, and won. Sadly, the casino can't afford the luxury of meeting you "face to face" for verification, so it works like this.

On the other hand, it would be only better if you find yourself a decent casino instead.

I have no problems with any establishment carrying out checks etc. I understand the need to be sure. But the point here is they take your deposits and they don't mind who you are, I mean you could be a minor or been previously self excluded. My point is the issues they start to have is when you win and want to withdraw. That's when all the unnecessary stuff goes on. I know companies who let you upload stuff , and it's verified there and then and I also know companies who withdraw instantly within 10 mins of being verified.


But yes your 💯 percent right they are the bottom rung of the ladder and how they have any customers is beyond me. I would imagine its only a matter of time b4 they go out of business. But I do see what your saying. Cheers have a good day
