That is why I say your statement is false, because it has not taken recent events into account. The case have moved on from the complaint submitted July 2023. They waited for 3 weeks, and now ask me for documents ( i do not now which one) and they even have not replied to your question.
It is so obvious that they are doing it intentionally. Look please at other complaint. They wait for 2-3 weeks, and reply at the last moment
