Quick update on my situation, they have stopped replied since the Casino guru complaint was unresolved. They have also blocked my ability to use live chat and have deleted ALL of my previous live chat conversations.

Oh, that's bad. Even though it is not shocking, it makes sense that you would be ignored if the casino chooses to disregard the complaint since you would be worried about it, asking through the chat.

To be honest, some casinos later reveal their true nature, so I am sorry to see this happening again. Of course, thank you for your efforts!

honestly its astonishing how they are allowed to do this without being jailed for many years, they are quite simply stealing money. is it not enough for them that the casino industry makes disgusting profits lool.

of course do not get me wrong, i appreciate everything you guys have offered. i am still pissed though but im simply going to get over it. not going to let some money fry my nerves lol, thanks again for the help you guys have offered !

The issue goes beyond just not paying players (with complaints here alone totaling over $100K in stolen funds). They also engage in endless KYC harassment, making players waste excessive time with paid document translations, demanding months of additional documentation, and ultimately, when it's clear the player is legitimate, they resort to their final tactic: claiming they'll send a verification letter that never arrives. This kind of behavior is intolerable and criminal.
