In a few hours the clock is on his end in my complaint. The time was extended one time with seven days… So what’s gonna happen now? I don’t think they work at weekends so there won’t be a reaction from the casino in time… I think the party is over folks, they won’t payout anymore, even after waiting for almost 6(!) there still no money on my bankaccount from this casino!

Yes, I think they made a few payouts and now they completely stopped paying out. I was supposed to get my money a week ago, they promised it will be transferred to my account within 24 hours.


The thing that frustrates me the most is that Casino guru still has a pretty decent rating for these casinos operated by Betsolino Ltd. I think the amount of complaints should really show that these casinos are scamming people. It kinda feels that either Casino guru does not care or they also make some profit from doing this.

I really share your feelings about that. Other players are still playing from all over the world because of the rating on this website for example. The casino sends newsletters almost everyday…. So new players are attracted in that way.

I really really hope the casino will payout to us, and all the other players that are waiting for their payment. It feels so frustrating to check your bank account everyday several times for almost 6 weeks now.

I deposited with paysafecard and they can’t help me refunding my deposits. The prepaid paysafe code isn’t reversible they said to me. Maybe if someone deposited by bank or creditcard they can roll back their deposit payments. I paid my paysafecard with my Revolut bankaccount, I can’t reverse them because the code is used….

I have played LOTS of casinos in my lifetime and i always got paid. Seems like this is the first time i will never get my withdrawal.

Tyvärr är jag också påverkad. Jag registrerade mig också där eftersom kasinot fick bra betyg här. Tyvärr tittade jag inte på diskussionerna eller klagomålen. Jag väntar på 350 euro. Jag får inget svar på mejl. Det finns bara en person i livechatten som heter Irina, som ni säkert alla känner redan. Hon säger alltid samma sak till mig, att de har en eftersläpning av bearbetning. Självklart skulle jag också lämna in ett klagomål här, men de säger alltid att du ska vänta 14 dagar. Ja, kanske, men inte när det redan är så många här som inte får sina pengar, varför vänta 14 dagar?

Kommer du att se dina pengar? För att vara ärlig tvivlar jag också på det.

Exactly, many might see a pretty decent rating without any alarming things and just deposit there. I cannot understand why Casino guru does nothing about it. And when the casino simply does not give the money back, complaint is closed and Casino guru is like "sorry, there is nothing we can do".


Well, you promoted the casino in the first place, so you should do something.

Hello,

This is exactly why we listed a new casino as fresh, meaning no one can predict whether they will be treating the players fairly or not. From our perspective, it's always risky to play in fresh casinos, hence, these will have lower ratings for quite some time unless they prove their fairness.

Each unresolved yet justified complaint decreases its Safety Index. I imagine players would prefer other solutions, but the ratings are solely based on precise calculations, so we need every unfairly treated player to come here to submit the complaint.

I imagine it brings a little comfort to you now. On the other hand, each time another complaint makes it through or on any other occasion, we try to motivate such casinos to resolve already closed complaints in order to regain their lost reputation. Compared to the licensing authority, this is the only leverage we have.

I understand your frustration. Have you perhaps read our guides focused on casino safety?

You would know there is no safety guarantee for fresh casinos. The rating simply has to start somewhere, and unless we have proven bad intentions through unresolved complaints, we have a chance to predict what is going to happen. I bet you too had no idea when you decided to try the casino out.

So did we.

Regretfully, this is the way they prefer to behave right now.

Jag kan förstå allt det där, men frågan här handlar mer om varför Betsolino ÄNDÅ är klassad som ny, även om det är uppenbart vad som händer där.


Det finns säkert andra spelare som påverkas som bara tittar på casinorecensionerna men inte lämnar in ett klagomål här!

Detta fortsätter varje dag, bonusar skickas fortfarande av Betsolino via e-post. Så bluffen fortsätter, även på grund av ett bra betyg på CasinoGuru - TROTS tydliga klagomål!

Report this transaction as fraud to Revolut. They might be able to escalate this with third parties and make these scammers pay for what they are doing.

But I’ve buoyed paysafecards with it, and they are non refundable. I used to code to deposit in the casino, so the code is used. I’ve had contact with paysafecard and they can’t help me with this.
