However, if you have already sent everything and are now waiting for the result, you will probably have to be patient.

Jag har ett 1win-konto och de senaste månaderna har jag alltid lyckats sätta in och ta ut inom några timmar utan alltför stora problem.

Jag märkte att i mer än en vecka förblir varje uttag som gjorts (50-100 men också ett försök till €400) i "väntar"-status (i gult). Jag skriver från Italien.

Vad rekommenderar du mig att göra?

Jag skulle vilja dra tillbaka alla befintliga medel av nödvändighet (cirka 200 euro har redan begärts av ca 500 euro).

Have you tried asking support what's going on and that you used to get the money quite quickly but that's not the case now. Maybe they have some technical problems or something like that and it would be good to know.

Sure, just inform them that you have been waiting for the money for a week and what's going on. I think they should give you some reasonable reason why it's taking a while, and I guess we'll find out exactly what is happening.

1win casino is not bother about anything !!

I am mailing them everyday for just a response but they are ignoring me like hell!!

They told me to wait for 14 days and maximum time 30 days for letter of verification but it's been almost 40 days since I am waiting and no one is bother to give a status of verification process.

Worst ever casino I have ever seen !!! Careless!!!! This was not at all expected from 1win security team.!!!!.

Det har gått 31 dagar sedan jag inte kan ta ut mina pengar från 1win casino, innan jag gjorde det väldigt snabbt och normalt men sedan 1 april i år kommer de inte att låta mig längre, de sa åt mig att skicka ett e-postmeddelande till deras support, de bad mig om bilder på mitt ID-kort (DNI) och mina tjänster från där jag bor, jag har redan skickat dem allt de begärt, och de skickade mig ett e-postmeddelande som indikerar att verifieringen tar 14 dagar och det är möjligt att 30 dagar, den perioden har redan passerat och jag får fortfarande meddelanden som Om det vore en robot som indikerar att vänta 14 dagar och om möjligt 30 dagar. och ingen från deras support som har telegram på sidan ingen hjälper mig med detta problem de orsakar mig

Hi, I noticed that you filed a complaint right away, which is a good step if you waited so long to verify your account, and what you got as a response when you waited was that you had to wait again. We give casinos exactly 14 days to sort out the KYC or withdrawal process, so I think that's enough to keep you waiting for another month. 

Regarding the documents, you have not received any information about them, so have they been verified or do you still have to send something ? Did you play with any bonus here or not ?

Frankly, I also found out you recently mentioned you had lost the money. Is that so, please? I hope I made a mistake here, because that would complicate the compaint dramatically.

You know, we can't demand payment if the player lost the balance during the complaint process.

Jag har pengar på mitt konto, men den tiden att vänta uppenbarligen vill du spela, men jag har fortfarande pengar där inne. Jag kan inte få ut det. Av KYC-skäl anger mejlet 14 till 30 dagar, vi har nu gått 32 dagar utan att veta något. och som en robot säger de hela tiden att vänta 14 till 30 dagar. när tidsfristen redan har gått ut.

Dessutom är jag en förlorare i det kasinot. Jag vet inte varför det finns så många hinder.

Then it is good news when you say that you have money in your account because it is not completely lost. You still haven't moved in a while and the casino hasn't let you know anything new ? You don't even know if any documents have been approved or rejected ?
