I am a member of the 1win site. I tried to withdraw about $10,000, but the withdrawal was rejected 48 times in 3 days. So I contacted customer service, but all I got was the same answer, that the withdrawal was rejected due to rejection by the automatic payment system. I've heard this over and over again. I've told them over 10 times that I want a solution to this problem, but all I get back is the same machine-like response. I'm very angry now, and with no feedback whatsoever, I have very low trust in this site.

Hi How did you deposit card, bank transfer or crypto? How are you attempting to withdrawal? Have you withdrawn with this method before at this casino. Do they have a weekly/monthly or even daily limit on how much they will let you withdraw?

Hello, I see that you have already received some pretty good questions from nigeljc59, so feel free to answer them. I'll ask you if you have a verified casino account ? How long is this whole withdrawal process taking, because we give casinos 14 days to resolve it. 

I will wait for the reply that will help us in the further direction and we will see if it will be possible to help or if the casino will come up with another response other than the automatic one.

Till 24th of March, I was the one who trust 1win blindly because everything was going too smooth for me !!but today .. Seriously 0% trust on 1win.

My account got blocked due to 10.3p clause of general condition and submitted all documents but security team told me to wait for 14-30 days..but it's been 37 days but no reply till now !! This is how 1win treat their VIP player ! Great !!!
