I have earned through affiliate marketing of 1win and I have withdrawn it from affiliate account to my 1win account !! . That's the reason I am worried about my money ! And it's not an small amount .it's 900$ USD.

I really hope someone can help me a little !

It's been almost 45 days since I am waiting for thier response, as they told me to wait for 14 days and maximum time it would take was 30 days for additional check.

But it's been more than one and half month !!

They are not even responding my mails anymore.! I have hard earned money of 900$ USD .

I can't let them go this way ! If anyone could help me please do!! As they are not even replying my complaint here at casino guru too!

I completely understand your frustration, and I can see that you and another player are in exactly the same situation. The casino has told you both the same thing and I think you have been waiting a long time for the documents to be verified. 

I also checked the complaint and saw that the timer has already been extended once and the casino still has some time to respond. I would be very happy if they would do that and clarify what is going on and preferably pay out the money. 

I have looked at the other complaints and it seems that the casino has more against them but so far they have tried to resolve them, so I don't know what might be happening on their side now.

Anyway, it's not all over yet and we'll see if we hear from them or not.

I will hope that they will answer.

My 1 win account I'd is 78443182 ,

I have created the account in June 2024 I don't remember the exact date ,

Hardly they allow me 15+ day's to use their platform,

I had tried to withdraw amount 1. Rs. 26,879.00, 2. Rs. 7k+ by 1win I'd , they didn't proceed the withdrawal so i contacted to 1win security team on e-mail , they said I need to submit KYC documents , I agreed on that I submitted the KYC documents, so I continued the 1win platform , but after one Day again' they stopped the withdrawal and blocked my account now' I'm not able login to my account ,then again I asked to 1win team via email 1win security ,

They stated this reason 👇

The account was blocked in accordance with clause 9.7 of the rules:

In accordance with clause 9.7. Rules for using the site, section General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), if a bettor commits fraudulent actions against a bookmaker company (multi-account, use of software to automate bets, playing in arbitrage situations, if the game account is not used to place bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), then the bookmaker company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by canceling bets and closing the bettor’s gaming account.

This is absolutely 100% false accusations on Me, I did not use any multiple accounts, I have only one account at 1win platform , I had played evaluation live casino game's, you can check my game history , I asked 1win team 10 Times for the evidence on email but they didn't reply at all, i always play with loyalty sometimes I lose some Times I win game , but blocking my account with false reason I'm not going to accept this , I'm a youtuber ,if my account will not get unblock I will give the feedback of my experience with evidence, so other users will be aware.

I request to Casino guru team please ask them for the evidence , and share me as well

Hi, I see you've managed to reply to the complaint, which is certainly appropriate. 

However, can you think of anything you might have violated in what they are writing and explaining ? I understand that if you feel falsely accused and everything is just so general then you would like to change it. Did you play with some bonus or not ?

Anyway, let's see what our team finds out and where it gets to. Also, one more question, did you pass the verification ?

Hi Jaro, I did not use any kind of bonus nor did I get any bonus. I used to deposit money in my account myself and play. I gave all the documents for KYC verification which were asked by them. And the next day they accused me of breaking the rules and blocked my ID. I did not break any 1win rule and a very disgusting allegation is being made on me by 1win, 1win is harassing me by accusing me.

My 1win account is 77680960.

I just made a withdrawal in 1win or because of the pending issue, 1win security team blocked the account.

I don' break any rule, 1win team is blaming me unnecessarily. I did not use any bonuses nor did I receive any bonuses. I myself used to deposit money in my account and play. I am 1win vip person and i verified my account

The account no. 34061403 even after being kyc verified was banned on 23/6/24 on deposit and gambling of 80000 inr , the amount was freezed and the support is refusing to releasing amount . so please 1 win team should release the withholded funds.
