Upon reaching the next level in the VIP Program I didn't receive the rewards, you may wonder why, huh?

After making several withdrawals throughout my time at Pino (1 year), I've been excluded -without notice mind you- from all bonuses, the daily cashback, and EVEN the VIP program.
Even though I used only 1 bonus code in the past month (which was part of the VIP program).
For someone that plays only the newest releases by NoLimit City (volatility extreme), I'm really disappointed by the decision-making of the management staff.

Fun fact: I've been excluded from all bonuses and promos at their sister casino as well.

Great games with high RTP, the only thing that's missing: NoLimit City.

I made a grave mistake with my account; I was certain that they wouldn't approve my withdrawal. Live-Chat told me to contact the Finance Team directly, it took them >72 hours to resolve the issue.

It would be neat if WestCasino had it easier to check your current progress on the wager. (atm you need to go to withdrawal > select amount/method. Then it shows the current wager-progress)

EDIT: Second withdrawal is taking ages. 48 hours later it's still pending. According to Live-Chat & Finance Team, they're processing the submissions in the order they have received them. (Totally fine, but 2 whole days, some texting with the live-chat and the finance team, but yet the withdrawal is still pending)

Made a small deposit, tried to withdraw a bit over 1000x.
Verification took a while and involved some back and forth with the live-chat.
Withdrawal was rather quick.
But since my withdrawal I'm excluded from all promotions, daily offers etc. until I deposit the withdrawn sum.

Besides that they offer some great games, a clan layout and some neat bonuses (as long as you don't withdraw, lol?)
