3 weeks trying to have an answer from costumer support and nothing.
Is a ghost casino and nobody working in the same.
No livechat and Don,t answer emails.
They Rejected my withdrawal , and didn't,t have any explanation from the casino.
They restrict my withdrawals limits to 500 euros a week and I Don,t know why.
I request 500 euros that I was allowed,and more than a week I didn't,t have any update about that.
Repeat,3 weeks and didn't,t have any answer from the casino, is a ghost casino.

Hi.my last review from this casino was rejected because I was complaining about the processing times of verification and withdrawals. In this casino is explicit by his T&C that the withdrawals and verification are processed in 24 hours.
One week my withdrawal pending.
Additional verification is processed by requesting one document by day.
Ask by email all the documents was needed,no answer,I could send all the documents in a row,but they don't work in that way.
Still waiting, and see when is gonna finish this nightmare.

If wasn't, a little issue with my verification,I could rate the casino in top level, specially after a few livechats, the agents Sofie and Kate were very helpful and friendly, and help me to complete the verification and be able to withdraw my winnings.
The verification could be a little bit more fast,but after is completed,the cash out take less than 24 hours.

Casino with this rating at least should respect is own rules. Withdrawals processed in 3 business days is a lie.
Went to livechat ask if was any problem with my withdrawal and they answered that I have to wait, then tried to kick me out, arguing that they have some problems in the website and can,t go through with the live chat session and close it. After 30 seconds, have another live chat session and everything was allright.
The emails don't have response.
This rating that casino guru gave is very far from the reality.
