I've played here on and off long enough to feel confident in my high regard for this casino. The "no rules" cashback is really no rules, and the customer service is some of the best in the business. I've had some losses, but also some pretty great wins so I consider their RTP fair and reasonable. After years of playing online, in a sea of options that can be daunting to separate the good from the bad from the ugly, it's nice to say I trust these folks because they have earned it.

The automated system for verification was a complete failure. I used my driver's license and it stated my name had to be the same as my ID, and it is. Chat instructed me to reboot, clear cache ect and then suddenly my utility bill was rejected instead. These are the same documents I always use and they are up to date and valid and in the correct format. Chat told me to come back the next day, but they were unavailable and I gave up.

Update: I went back a number of days later and found out that I am now verified, which is good. It would have been appreciated if someone had reached out to me via email to let me know. I've adjusted my rating and will be giving things another chance.

I find it frustrating to go through the process of reading reviews, terms and conditions, decide to sign up and give things a try, only to find out not only do they not have Interac available, but they currently don't deal in any currency other than EUROs. I had to provide screenshots showing no payment method available for me at all before chat eventually asked me to change my currency from CAD to EURO, which I declined and closed the account. They don't seem very organized unfortunately.

I've had a pretty great experience here so far. Better than average RTP over the course of a few weeks and a couple of good withdrawals that were processed super fast without any issues. I wish there was more of a game provider selection, but the games I do have access to have given me plenty of play time so I'm not complaining. Verification was straightforward and quick.

Aside from having two deposits totaling over $200 CAD disappear within minutes compared to other sites I enjoy playing at, my second deposit required that I provide chat with an actual receipt of the payment from my bank before they applied it to my account. An account I verified before playing. Thankfully I screenshot every deposit I make. I use Interac etransfer and had already received notice in my email that the casino had the funds, but they wanted proof before they completed the deposit. That's the first time I've ever experienced this, and the last deposit I'm making here.

Nothing but good things to say about this casino. I had some struggles with the app that does live verification, but that was sorted out in a timely manner and all was well. I've had a great time playing here.

I couldn't win anything here if I filled a wagon full of money and towed to the site and dumped it in one game. I am also confused as to why there are two separate Boomerang casinos, one by Rabidi, and another by Casbit with identical logos. I couldn't get a straight answer out of either site that made any sense.

Not terrible and not great. Verification was within 24 hours, and I had some luck, but then waiting four days for the withdrawal to be processed. They are very clear about it taking at least two, if not five working days (nothing happens on weekends) and the money will sit there in your account to play until then. I'm not a fan of that.

Only a few providers available for me as a Canadian player, even Quickspin was blocked. The games lagged often and when refreshed suddenly my bet was way above what I had been playing at several times, which was weird.

No responsible gambling tools without contacting support, and to close my account, which I decided to, I received a reply to my email saying it could be a number of days for a reply. This kind of stuff just feels predatory and so I can't give them high marks even though I made a nice withdrawal.

I am unable to be verified here, which is pretty bizarre. They do not accept a driver's license as ID, and I do not have a passport, which I'm not sure I'd hand over to strangers on the internet even if I did. I spoke at length with chat and thought we had it sorted out by agreeing for me to upload my British Columbia, Canada Id card, which looks like a driver's license and uses the same photo, but is used as an alternative ID and identity card in Canada, but in the end it was rejected as well. I've been easily verified over the years, so this kind of stuff just annoys me especially after being told everything should be fine. A huge waste of my time.

This casino has been terminated on the AskGamblers website for being non-responsive. Play at your own risk.

I was interested in checking this casino out, but after signing up it requires a code to your phone via sms which didn't work and showed an error. No chat available to ask for assistance, so that's a bad sign in my experience.
