I haven't played on any suspicious bets I know that fpr150% but I still understand why are they still is so stupid agains mee....I have told they that my frien works as fraud police organisation in sweden so they must have so much evidence against me if I want get my money I will take it to a trial. I believe that you should consult this case with a specialized lawyer first. My experiences with sports betting are very limited, but now we're talking about the court. Such a decision should be taken only after serious consideration, true specialists should be involved first.
Have you tried those sports betting webs I sent you back then? I wonder whether you gained some advice there.

Hej igen radka. Helst vill jag inte ta det till någon rättegång. Men dom säger att dom har rätt att inte ge vilka matcher som är uppgjorda, det känns konstigt. Jag borde få något svar av dom iallafall tycker jag. Men om du skulle hitta någon uppgjorda matcher efter deras investigation mot mig så måste dom väl säga vilken eller vilken match som är uppgjorda iallafall? Men det finns inte iallafall vilket jag vet och kan ha min rygg fri😊😊Vilken sida tipsade du om till mig?. Tack för hjälpen...bäst är nog att vänta men jag kommer inte att ge mig dom sa att utredningen tar max 6mån.

I couldn't find the name in the thread, I suppose it's a shady Curazao bookie 😂 majority of bookies and casinos that scam users are from Curazao, if you want a safe place to bet use Betfair exchange or Betdaq, or any betting exchange, better odds and accounts doesn't get stake limited, as long as you are fully verified there shouldn't be any problems.

Mystake. Men jag har spelat i många år på curacoa betting bolag hitintills i många år utan problem. Detta är första gången detta händer. Men dom får skylla sig själv jag har mycket bevis mot dom samt är min ena kompis advokat och en annan av min kompis jobbar inom bedrägeri roteln som chef inom polisen i Sverige dom har fått 7.6 i betyg av 10 av casino guru. Dom har sagt att det tar max 6månader att kolla igenom det, kan va så att dom använder mina pengar för utbetalning till andra spelare. Dom kan inte bara säga att jag har gjort suspicious bets och inte säga något mera, kan ju dra dom till en rättegång och då måste dom bevisa. I Sverige kan man se vart pengarna tagit vägen vid insättning då vi har bankid som är våran legitimation. Jag spelar på ett curacoa betting bolag nu och det är inga problem med insättning och uttag. Hade inte spelat på mystake om dom inte hade godkänt spelare ifrån Sverige. Vi får se vad som händer. Dom har väl aldrig träffat på någon som inte ger sig😊 dom kan ju aldrig veta vilka kontakter jag har när jag börjar betta hos dom....Tack för dina tips

The way I see it, accusing someone of something without providing evidence or backing their claim in any sort of way is defamation, not sure what the course of action would be on your side since you are european and the bookie is from Curazao. I suppose they simply don't want you as a customer and is looking for excuses to not pay out, which also implies they are struggling financially, not surprised, that casino/sportsbook looks like a Stake copy/rip off (that famous crypto casino). I'm sorry for your losses, I hope they correct their ways and pay you out, what really is funny is that they think someone would bet a regular amount in a fixed match and not dozens of thousands of euros to take the most of it, why would anyone use their service to bet on a fixed match instead of betting in a bigger European bookie or a betting exchange? They are just making excuses to not pay

Jag är europe jag vet men på deras sida är dom ute och cyklar för dom erbjuder spelare från Sverige om dom nu inte hade erbjudit spelare ifrån Sverige så hade jag inte gått in med pengar och satsat på deras betsida där gör dom bort sig, man kan sätta dit dom för bedrägeri pga av detta hade dom skrivit tvärtom att från Sverige går det inte spela då sätter man ju inte in pengar. Dom säger att itredningstiden är max 6mån och det är för att dom säkert måste få in pengar som dom skall kunna betala ut pengar till spelare. Skulle jag dra in min kompis från bedrägeri roteln inom polisen I Sverige i detta så ligger dom illa till, vad har dom då för ursäkter😂😂 dom erbjuder spelare från Sverige. Man kan se vart alla mina pengar har gått dem har dragits från mitt konto med bank id kod som bara jag har. Då kan man dra dom inför rätta för förtal och bedrägeri. Så mystake gör det inte lätt för sig precis sätter sig i en rävsax istället dom vet ju inte vad jag har för kontakter 😊 du o jag kan ju hålla kontakten här, du verkar veta lite om detta. Jag kommer att vänta 2-3 månader sedan är det action att vänta från min sida. Vart någon annanstans på någon webbsida kan man göra anmälan mot ett spelbolag som du sa. Jag kommer inte att ge mig i detta ärende 😊 jag har sagt i mail till dom att jag har mina kontakter i Sverige inom bedrägeri roteln och har en kompis som är advokat, dom från kyc säger att dom har rätt att göra så här och att det max tar 6 mån för en sådan här utredning. Since your case is about sports betting, I think you should file a complaint with their regulator (Curacao E-Gaming) at: https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/#section-file-a-complaint
To be honest I don't know how useful it would be, provide as much detail as possible about the situation, add their gaming license (1668/JAZ) and explain everything with absolute detail, I have heard they take weeks to answer, but I believe it's worth a shot

Det betyder att tillsynsmyndigheten har tagit emot ditt klagomål och ger casinot upp till 7 arbetsdagar på sig att svara.
Alla inblandade parter (du, kasinot och tillsynsmyndigheten) kommer att kommunicera med varandra genom att svara alla på det här e-postmeddelandet du fick. Så när du måste svara, se till att du skickar mejlet genom att svara på båda e-postadresserna i det öppna klagomålet, alltså både CEG och Mystake.
Mystake måste lägga fram bevis för att svara på klagomålet, annars bör CEG hålla med dig.

Du måste vänta på att casinot ska svara men om du behöver lägga till något användbart till ditt klagomål kan du det.
Jag förstod inte riktigt vad kasinot anklagar dig för. Vad satsade du på en fast match? I så fall är det helt klart en grundlös bluff.
Om de misslyckas med att visa för CEG den kränkning de anklagar dig för, kommer du att se att tillsynsmyndigheten håller med dig.
I deras ställe skulle jag också ta bort deras licens eftersom detta är en uppenbar bluff som casinot försökte dra ut dig.

Jag undrar också varför ditt klagomål avvisades av Casino Guru. Om kasinot efter månader fortfarande inte har gett dig något svar betyder det att de inte har något svar och försöker komma undan med det.
