My situation is unacceptable.
It's unbelievable how the casino, whenever there is a withdrawal request, tell me that they are having technical problems. What a coincidence, isn't it? A few days ago, when I asked in the chat if I could make a withdrawal via Skrill, one of them told me yes and the payments were working perfectly (photo attached). And now that I have the withdrawal pending, this happens (another excuse once again). Im in this situation since August. Every single week there is a problem with them. And they take days and days to answer the emails. The chat on the ybets casino is the worst, they just dont comunicate with each other. One says one thing and the other another thing.
This is the worst casino ive ever seen. They simply delay payments whenever I have a pending payment. Ive send them the proof my skrill account is verified and they didnt even answered to that. Ridiculous.

Hi Radka, I also gave up the money in my ybets account and hoping for something from them. In no case would I play with them again, I wouldn't deposit with them for anything in the world. Först stod det "väntar" nu står det "pågår".
Jag har sett många människor klaga på att de väntat så länge eller till och med aldrig fått sina pengar. Tror du att jag kommer att få det eller är den här sidan en bluff? Mer eller mindre hur länge måste jag vänta innan jag börjar oroa mig?
