Hello. Nop. My skrill account was reactivated so im trying today that withdrawal method.. they said it is ok to withdrawal via skrill, so now im hopping i can finally withdrawal my money. Im so tired of this.. more than a month on this! What about you?

I am confident that my case will be resolved now that my Skrill account is active again. I am patient because I have reason on my side and I will not let the casino fool me. I already understood how they act. It's almost always the same and they try to delay payments as long as they can with new excuses... they're smart, but so am I. Also, Casino Guru is amazing and helps a lot. Next time go for a complaint once you see things are taking more than 2 weeks.

Oh my! What an unfortunate turn of events. Did you get any other details regarding your account or how has the KYC proceeded so far? It's reasonable to apologize to a player if the mistake occurred, but still, it actually didn't help much, I reckon.

on September 20 they asked me for documents, I sent them and I kept waiting, then reading about this casino I realized that I will never see the money, and even today my account is not verified, even though a few days ago I received an email that tell me my account ita ok,e in the chat they tell me that is not. It's unbelievable how the casino, whenever there is a withdrawal request, tell me that they are having technical problems. What a coincidence, isn't it? A few days ago, when I asked in the chat if I could make a withdrawal via Skrill, one of them told me yes and the payments were working perfectly (photo attached). And now that I have the withdrawal pending, this happens (another excuse once again). Im in this situation since August. Every single week there is a problem with them. And they take days and days to answer the emails. The chat on the ybets casino is the worst, they just dont comunicate with each other. One says one thing and the other another thing.

This is the worst casino ive ever seen. They simply delay payments whenever I have a pending payment. Ive send them the proof my skrill account is verified and they didnt even answered to that. Ridiculous.

Hi Radka, I also gave up the money in my ybets account and hoping for something from them. In no case would I play with them again, I wouldn't deposit with them for anything in the world. I'm fine, thank for your message, I enjoy everything that surrounds me and I see my life, I still write here, I still play but carefully, and everything is ok ♥️

Först stod det "väntar" nu står det "pågår".

Jag har sett många människor klaga på att de väntat så länge eller till och med aldrig fått sina pengar. Tror du att jag kommer att få det eller är den här sidan en bluff? Mer eller mindre hur länge måste jag vänta innan jag börjar oroa mig?

I have 3 withdrawals. They paid me one. And the other two not yet. One of them is pending for more than a week.. this is unacceptable. Worst of all is that they changed the dates of my withdrawl requests.. i did the first one on the 11th october. And they ve changed it to the 17th october. This is ridiculous. Ive never seen a casino so bad as this one. One advice i give to everyone is to save pictures of what you say, so that you have a proof of everything.

Im always writting updates on my complaint here in the casino so that everyone can see and understand that ybets is not o good casino at all.

Well, we usually give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the payment.
