I've contacted mga authority that gave them license and they took under consideration, I've explained everything and as well they refused to answer,they asked me to find a lawyer.

So accepting players from blacklisted countries is accepted by the license Holder.

Online gambling is a huge scam till the end ,my opinion is that nobody should gambe anymore not even 10 euro per month,year !

Oh did an authority figure really tell you that ? I'd say they've told you why they're on the casino's side. 

Anyway, didn't you think about a lawyer when the disputed amount is almost 15k ? In that case, I would probably reconsider if you believe you are in the right. Well, at the very least, get some advice on what to think about it and proceed from there. I guess there's nothing else for you to do if the authority has that attitude.

I can post here the answer of mga authority if is needed.

I always referred to the fact of blacklisted countries registration allowed and the mga authority refereed to the fact that they can't recover the money,so if I asked them something they respond me for a totally different subject and so on , happens for 1 year and 8 months and zero clear answers.

Is this casino closed or open? Because website works and the support in chat informs that they are in the process of changing the operator.

Unfortunately, I have been trying to log in to my account for over a week and I still get the message "Account is Blocked". But I still have funds there, not much, probably 100 zł.

I sent an email to support@WestCasino.com asking why there was a block and what about the funds in the account. I received a message that the casino has stopped providing services since September, but no response about the funds. Hello, I was looking into our system and I saw that the casino should be temporarily closed for exactly the reason you wrote. 

I would also like to know what should happen with the money you have in that account. 

If I were to do that, I would ask support again what to do with the money you have there, if they don't let you know and ignore you, then I would probably file a complaint with us.

sounds like they are fucking your account around a bit or there was an issue with it prior to the migration, did they block you for something while verifying?

From what I found in the e-mail, they sent a message on 27 September mentioning the transfer to another operator and the time until 30 September to agree to the account transfer.

Now I can't log in and I just hope that support will respond. On the westcasino website, the chat support could help me if I logged into my account but I can't because it is blocked.

I would definitely give it a chance and write to them and if nothing changes, then I would reach for a complaint. I guess it doesn't really matter what the amount is, but I assume you don't want to just leave the money there.

Yes, BetMaximus is a sister casino. Although I got this information in the chat at West Casino. However, by e-mail I only received information that the funds had been transferred, but there was no information to where. So the support is a bit crazy.

Really weird behavior, if the funds were transferred to another site related to the closed one, it would have been easier to just pay out the users right away. I suppose you can open an account on the other site with the same mail you were registered in the previous one and ask them to make your funds available to use (bet/withdraw), have you tried this?

I would also agree with another player that this is a rather unusual and strange approach from the casino and especially when they basically tell you very little about it. I would also like to know whether or not the next casino will let you withdraw that money. 

If you try it, please let me know what the process was like beforehand.

I had a similar situation three times in other casinos with funds in my accounts. The casino was withdrawing from the market and they sent an email asking for a bank account number to transfer my funds.

I already had an account at Betmaximus, so they simply transferred the funds there.

I cannot withdraw the funds because the minimum withdrawal is 100€. I have 25€, so I either lose it or win enough to withdraw it.

Sure, but like I said, if it's okay for you, then fine. But I'd be careful with similar transfers. 

Feel free to let me know if you managed to win and withdraw something or not.
