What are your experiences with withdrawal times, how long it takes?

Well i sure have bad luck with the site runners. But this complaint is a dozy. Mainly because the support staff doesn't seem to know basic math and refused to admit the game was wrong/cheating/ripping off customers. The first time i went to support was i hit free spins on the game the green knight. The top multiplier went to X10 then the spin stopped at a 20 cent win but one of the tiles was wild X10. So 20cents X10 is 2$ X10 again 20$ it paid me 2$. So i went to support they looked and told me it was good on the tab did i have a screenshot which i didn't. So i went back and played 6$ till i got lucky a hit free spins again this time on the last spin,which is x100. It came up as you can see as 4 horses in a straight line. Which is worth 30cents so i go to support again this time i have the screenshot. They again say it's running fine and the cash out was right. Are these people really dumb that they can't do basic math in what world is 30 cents x100 on the spin 3$.
Well i haven't even finish using my deposit to them i obviously going to lose my money here if wins are reduced by X10.

Hello, I'm not familiar with this slot and its features, win lines, and so on. Hence the screenshot actually did not help much.
How about contacting the game provider instead? They operate the game after all.
Alternatively, you can play the same bets in the free version and compare the results.

This casino closed my account after I've deposited 15k euro and confiscated my balance left .

Im a dutch player aswell. And also being tricked playing at westcasino. And I know more dutch people who are being tricked and fighting to get their money back. Lets help each other out.
You are right.. they dont have a KSA liscense and they trick people with promo emails and affiliates links. But they are not allowed dutch to play at there website. They should block dutch people.
At this moment they say investigation takes 30 to 60 days. That is ridiclous.

As for casinoguru. Offering dutch to play at a casino without a dutch liscense is not the responsibilty of the player. It is the casino's ... they should not allow that.
Many casino's already refunded dutch their money because of this.
Aswell as MADRE and MGA say so.
So to hide behind their T&C and guru telling it is the players responsibility is completely false. You should read up before saying these kind of things.
Many casino's like for example LTC limited, Gammix etc already had fines to pay because they operate illegaly in the dutch market.
Also if im at your website and click westcasino it also shows the netherlands are allowed to play. You should deff change that. For you aswell encourage dutch to play at Westcasino that is not allowed.

It looks like its legal to play at this casino its not. Its your responsibilty not to encourage dutch to play at a illegal casino. Aswell as westcasino should block all dutch IP's.

But he's not reasonable. He even warns dutch people not to pursuit legal steps because any harm done, claim etc the player needs to pay the damage. Lol
So if I buy a pack of cigarettes and im 12 years old and the supermarket doesnt ask for my ID and gives it to me. You really think that the 12 year old gets a fine to pay for causing harm to the supermarket?.
Im dutch Westcasino has no liscense but do target dutch players .. I can register and play wich is not allowed. Then I tell them... and they say I breach their t&c ? And I have to pay fines if I tell the KSA or MGA?. Im the 12 year old , they are the supermarket.

From 5 January West casino closed my account permanently and refused any comunication with me. I've sent dozens of emails.
No answers at all.
I've reported them to all legally authorities.
MGA authority is just a joke .
I've sent to them more than 10 complaints in last 2 years for more casinos.
I didn't get any reply, I've tried many times to call them and I got them on the phone once only.But no success with any of my complaints.
So until the end I realised that west casino are protected and they hide and are hand in hand with authorities.
KSA authorities from Netherlands are really low,I've called them many times.
The best is to stop gambling. 👍😉
And you will have alot of money.

Ge inte upp hoppet. De gömmer sig bakom sina t&c som inte är korrekta. Låt det bli mycket pengar för dig.

Många kasinon svarar på detta licensproblem och återbetalar dina pengar. Tyvärr är westcasino väldigt fasta, även om de verkligen inte har rätt. De säger till och med att om de blir debiterade av spelaren så måste du betala deras avgifter för att du bröt mot deras regler.
Du är på egen hand och detta kan förmodligen bara lösas juridiskt. För de har verkligen fel.
De bör blockera holländare och inte marknadsföra den holländska marknaden och lura dig att spela med dem. Du bör få tillbaka alla dina insättningar.

If you make official complaint to KSA they can give you a huge fine because you where gambling on an illegally casino. The fine is up to 6k euro.
So success with this situation.

But KSA authorities didn't do nothing, the website is still accessible from Netherlands and accepting duch players 😂
