As a matter of fact, the first payment was made on Monday, September 9, about HUF 31,000. Here I got a HUF 80,000 transfer. Then yesterday I received an email that my payment was canceled and since then I can't access my royalgame site account or my jackpotfrenzy site either. both pages say that your account is under control! I sent 2 emails to royalgam but no reply! they can't give an explanation at customer service.

I'm a vip on the jackpotfrenzy site, I talked to my vip manager but he couldn't give me an answer either, my account doesn't see a ban.

So what now??

Try to wait a bit for the casino to get back to you and if there is no communication at all you should file a complaint, I reckon.

Our team will try to find the solution; just keep in mind that they won't be able to intervene before the 14-day time period passes.

So, maybe on Monday, please let us know how the things are, and hopefully we'll find the solution to this.

Hi I did withdraw in this casino 4 days ago 500e they still pending,nothing happens,-on chat and emails they just promising and keep contacting with financial department but absolutely nothing !!No idea I will get paid or how long I’m still need wait .Its absolutely joke how they operate.Maybe some advice or what to do…Thanks

I think you should wait 6-7 working days. If it still hasn't arrived, file a complaint. Once you have received the referral, avoid rbidi n.v pages. They don't stick to their own rules!
