If you try to withdraw all your balance will get forfeited, so be careful, all you do now is continue playing and complete wagering, I suppose it's the standard 35x (deposit+bonus), so yes: you have a long way to go, in most cases you lose the entire balance before clearing wagering requirements, this is why I never recommend taking bonuses with wagering requirements

The only advantage is that if you take the bonus and the bonus funds arnt used before you get a win you can cancel the bonus funds and your left with your real money balance. Once you have used any part of the bonus funds your then tied into the wagering until you beat it or lose your money

Yes, this is specially helpful when a bonus was credited automatically (this has happened to me), it just requires forfeiting and the only balance left is the real one (if it was unused when forfeiting the balance). I only play with deposit bonuses if they are sticky because I have way better results with them, bonuses with WR never returned anything 😂

Den 2 januari implementerade jag en 50% bonus på Rollino Casino! 500 euro betalades då ut! Efteråt hade jag fina vinster och kom fram till ett belopp på 9500 euro 💯Jag åkte på semester den 3 januari och kom tillbaka idag den 12 januari! Jag kollade mitt konto för första gången efter denna tid och blev chockad eftersom jag plötsligt bara har 322 euro kvar på mitt konto! Likaså avbröts utbetalningen på 500 euro helt enkelt 😠 Jag skickade ett mail för utbetalning under min semester, inget svar från leverantören!

However, you say that you completed the bonus and asked for a withdrawal of €500, which the casino later cancelled. 

After this bonus which you successfully completed you won more money and when you later came to your casino account the money was withdrawn on the basis that you had completed the bonus which did not apply to this money, do I understand this correctly ? Do you have a screenshot of this bonus somewhere ? 

Anyway, I saw that you managed to file a complaint, so we'll see where this goes. I hope you get your money.

Rollino är den största rip-off-sajten av över 10 sajter jag spelade. Och tyvärr bara vid andra anblicken för allt verkade seriöst, även om du förstås aldrig vunnit något. Kort sagt, de krediterade mig inte med min bonus två gånger trots att den var aktiverad, och pratar man med supporten så blir de bara irriterade och tror i princip att det är deras eget fel. Då kan du inte längre ta ut dina pengar. Det har hänt mig två gånger och två vänner till mig en gång var.
