This casino is a bunch of scammers refusing to let me withdraw my original deposit. They are blacklisted on ask gamblers, shame on you for deceiving people giving them such a high "above average" safety rating on here. They are terrible scammers.

Romi I have to say that I play same games for years from same providers and believe or not games on their site doesn't look genuine in terms of ratio of winning . I don't play games I don't know but for some reason I wasn't able to get decent win and some days no wins at all with deposit over 4k . This is difficult to prove so I closed down the account and take my business elsewhere. Lets say out of 600 spins I had one bonus where I won less than stake on game I know and play for over 6years . Nice customer service that is what made me trust this place . Something doesn't add up there, luckily we have option not to play in such a places if we feel there is something wrong . I know sometimes we may be unlucky but I'm more than sure in this case there is more to it as I don't believe not having single win more than stake placed for 5h session.

Zeah, I understand your point here. Unfortunately, without any proof, there can't be anything done. Maybe it was just luck; who knows? 🤷‍♀️

Exactly that is why I won't engage in to formal complain because on end of the day it is gambling . If I don't like casino I can move on and take my bussines elsewhere but I can still pass on my feedback and personal experience. I play over 15 years and my experience should be enough to determine if it is worth playing on certain platform or not . I really liked rich prize so I gave em chance for 2 months then I determined that it is not worth of my time or money so I took my business to other platform 😌🤷‍♀️ I don't think there is single casino I didn't try 🤣 if I'm unhappy I send lengthy email and request closure of account and put em on my personal black list 🤣🤣

I was busy with my complaint, just had this "professional" casino threaten to leak personal information because their fraudulent ways were exposed lol.

My review for them here was rejected even after Rich Prize threatened the above and casino guru apologising to the scammers who operate under "Easy education courses" in Scotland whilst including their threats in the email lol. 💀 No wonder why they have such a high rating here, casino guru supporting the negligence and lies. 👎

Back to ask gamblers way more reliable and no constant winky faces lmao.

After reading your review and complaint, I can see why you might not feel entirely at ease, but I have no idea about leaks or email threats. Care to specify your last post a bit better, please?

You received a refund, and an explanation of the user review rejection was also given. Since none of the claims have been proven true—despite the fact that it is evident that the casino did not live up to your expectations—I do not think it is appropriate to refer to this as an objective user review. I'm sorry you are disappointed. We are unable to discipline or educate their staff for providing inadequate support. Please forward this information to us if you are aware of any other individuals who have received unfair treatment. Maybe someone else will get further with the complaint.

Permit me to quote from your complaint, in relation to that:

"Dear kakashimuffin (or shall I address you by your real name?)

We never intended to confiscate your winnings. Our aim was to explain that in order to withdraw these winnings, the wagering requirements needed to be fulfilled. Alternatively, you could have continued playing without making a withdrawal request. Unfortunately, when you refused to proceed with the wagering and began issuing threats, we had to take action to close your account for the safety and security of our staff and the casino.

I'm sincerely sorry that you didn't ask to speak to a manager, as I would have taken over from there and possibly helped avoid this situation. I work in a different department, so I am not involved in the daily operations of customer support, but I apologise if you felt neglected.

I can say for a fact this casino aint legit.

They do everything to stall withdrawals and kyc. Also this guy named Kai acts like he has some kind of power and threatens to close the account when you complain.


Why is it so common in reviews that they mention exactly that i mention? Hmm..strange isnt it? Also why do you defend a casino who clearly aint 100% legit and also got tons of negative reviews and also black listed on askgamblers for example? 😂
