I understand and therefore I think it is not right if the casino cannot give any normal answer and keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. We give the casino 14 days to resolve the withdrawal request, but in this case I don't think it's right if the casino doesn't react and doesn't make any effort to resolve the situation. 

However, if your situation continues, be sure to let us know because I see a complaint in sight.

Yeah, not sure what a complaint will do though


rejected again for the 7th day in a row...exact same email....i have written about 5 emails and not recieved a single reply back

I should add, i have also tried to withdrawal using both EZEPAY and using coins but they reject that straight away ....you you have to use method you deposited with (bank transfer) and I have already explained how they have rejected that 7 times now without any explanation

Min vän, uttag via BANKÖVERFÖRING, gör du en begäran om uttag? Om så är fallet, är du säker på att du har lagt in rätt information? Har någon gjort ett misstag som du inte har märkt och de avbryter ditt uttag!!!

Jag personligen, 2 gånger när jag vann €500 och €680, gjorde jag en begäran om uttag med BANKÖVERFÖRING och på 3 arbetsdagar satte de in pengarna...

Hmm, that's pretty weird. And did you try to contact the live chat as recommended by the casino ? Did the chat tell you what the problem is with your request, or what wrong information you are providing in the account details ? 

As far as the complaint is concerned, we will try to help you if the situation becomes too difficult. So please continue to update. 🙂

They also dont give me my money. I deposited with visa card but they dont have as withdraw method. So i tried witb bank transfer with my IBAN. They canceled my withdraw and they told me to try again. I know that they play with me until i lose my patience and play the money. Can someone help me please?

Hi, did you ask the support if it is ok to withdraw via IBAN transfer ? How long has your situation been going on ? Let me know so I have a better overview.

Dessutom, så många gånger som jag gjorde uttag redo, fick jag omedelbart ett e-postmeddelande från QuickWin som sa att du gjorde uttag redo för t.ex. €200 och det behandlas!!! Får de barn som inte accepterar deras uttag detta mail? För om inte så går något fel!!!

2 gånger när jag förberedde fick jag ett mail om att du gjorde en uttagsbegäran på €403 och nedan ett foto med bankuppgifterna jag hade angett och efter 3 dagar fick jag pengarna!!!

Yes, we have already talked about this. I don't understand why the casino can't answer and it's a mystery to me. 

However, you did the right thing by filing a complaint, but I have to point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal. 

So we'll see where our team gets to and hopefully your situation will be resolved as soon as possible. If you have something new could you let us know ? I'll be waiting.

after 10 days this casino has finally started making small payments of $800

I'm happy for you. That's always a good sign even though I'm sure you'd like to get your winnings faster, try to be patient. How much did you win in total? I'm just asking in order to figure out how long it will take to get the whole amount if they send only 800 at a time.

So I had a issue when i deposited on the Quickwin casino, they charged my bank account the deposit but never0 added it to my casino account. When I asked about it I was given the run around for 3 days, was ttold that some one would get back to me in 6 hours and nothing. Then when I queried it I was told I never deposited any money into the account and my bank statements were wrong, even though the payment was clearly seen to come through on my casino transaction history, when I questioned again, I was booted from the site and then tthe next time I logged in my transaction history was gone and not accessable. So I asked why that has happend, then I was kicked from the site again and this time my account was disabled, and I then charged another $100 by the casino. I can't login into my casino account now as it has been disabled, i informed the bank and they have said I need to deal with the casino as they cant revese the transaction, and I can't talk to the casino as they have now disabled my account and have banned me from entering the casino, and have now blacklisted me from alltheir other casinos, All because I asked why my money has not hit my casino account, and whe was the deposit, and them basically be told I was lier that it never happened even though it showed in my transaction history and on my bank statement. It seems these casino's cvan do what ever they like which includes stealing from their customers and then accusing them of tthe wrong doing and trying to scam the casinos. So much for Casino regulations, it seems that the law hass no relevance when it comes to casinos, as they act like that the law doesn't apply to them and they can help them selves to their customers bank accounts and take what evr they want, and we don't have any recourse and rights to dispute it, and if we do we face life time bans and permanate blacklisting from any other related casinos, and the banks just follow what ever the casino says .
