I am shocked guy's. I am playing last week. My mood totally bad. I cancelled welcome bonus play all day,got win . make withdrawal after 72 hours nothing changes. I was shocked! I write to the support team,i am asking every hour when I will have my withdrawal? Does my account verification done? The support team answer only by general words. Nothing they answer like yes,in 60 hours we will answer you... everything what they say, that we wait also as you waiting))) that is first casino which we play and have so bad connection with customers! Hello, I see you haven't moved anywhere with your answer at this casino yet, but on the other hand, if you still have to verify your account and you have sent all the necessary documents, the casino has to check them, so you have to be patient. We give the casinos 14 days for this process, so I wouldn't be so skeptical yet. 

As for the bonus, did you cancel it right at the beginning or did you play with it for a while and cancel it afterwards ? 

Anyway, I think it would be a good idea to give the casino some time to check your documents and if you don't get any update, then I would recommend a complaint where our team will try to help you.
