Anyway, what method you use for withdraw ?

Jag var på VIP-nivå 4 från oktober 2023 till i fredags. Sedan sattes jag på nivå 3, trots att jag hade satt in 1400 euro 5 dagar tidigare, tyvärr utan framgång. Cashbacken skulle ha varit 140 euro följande måndag. Jag fick 9.44. När jag frågade livesupport varför det fanns så lite cashback och varför nedgraderingen till nivå 3 var svaret, ha kul med din kredit. Det är så bra kunder behandlas.

Does anyone has issues with withdraws from Nomini? I made my first 2 withdraws two weeks ago and they are still in progress. Live chat is just bots, they don't answer to the emails and seems like a clear scam. Anyone that has lost their money after the withdraw?

Most of people have problem there, I never received money frok.there and just gave up cause they were asked for some.impossible things for verification.

According to what I see in the complaints, you are not the only one who is waiting for money. I would say that the casino is trying to solve the problems that have arisen and also delayed withdrawals. But two weeks would be enough for me because that is exactly the time we give casinos to solve it. You haven't learned anything relevant in all this time ? Tomas will reply to you soon, so if the money doesn't come, contact the casino.

And just because my complaint was resolved doesn't change anything about what I think about this casino! quite the contrary! (because this is your argument in your email refusing my opinion.. incredible!).


I should never have found myself going through a complaint!


We are not going to beat "around the bush", I know from a reliable source that certain casinos offer donations, advantages to certain agents, forum mediators in exchange for good words...

It amused me to read that my last comment posted in my complaint was modified to benefit the casino, even though that is not at all what I meant.

You have received an email where the reject reason is explained, and due to the fact that the casino has resolved the issue that you described in your user review, the review was rejected.

You also were informed that you can feel free to submit a new one with, let's say, up-to-date information regarding the whole situation. Please submit a new review, and of course include the whole description of the situation as it happened at this casino. We will take a look at it, and if it meets all the criteria, it will be published for everyone to read.
