Go into your transaction history find the withdrawal and see if it says success if it does the money has been transferred which means if you did it by bank transfer the money hasn't cleared yet.

Jag har inte lyckats med banköverföringen, den har avvisats av emittenten utan anledning. Nu måste du skapa ett astropay-konto och de skickar det till dig dit och du kan göra ett uttag. Astropay är superbra och gör en överföring på 1 minut. Gjorde ett nytt uttag genom astropay och det har fortfarande inte kommit eller ens godkänts

Ja, till båda. Utan någon förklaring. De har fått mig att skapa astropay för betalningen. Jag gjorde det och för tillfället överförde de pengarna till mig. Nu har jag gjort ett nytt uttag och jag ser att de inte kommer att betala mig på ett tag. Enligt dem bearbetar han.

Hi there I signed upto this mystake I have put my money in and won £185 .And now I can’t withdraw to method I used to deposit they took that fine .I don’t have or know or want to use bitcoin .And I noticed it says uk can’t register but they let me ! And let me deposit .I also didn’t have to do verification to deposit .I don’t have a driving license nor do I have a passport jst now .Only my birth certificate .I would at least want my deposit back ! Or the winnings there jst sitting there .It’s wrong what they have done .Please help I need my winnings

Once the casino allows you to register from let's say restricted country, the support should also do its best to help you pass the verification and get the winnings. Though it may not be the question of restriction, the casino should help you out. What is the main issue with the verification, please? Can you paste any casino's explanation?

Email them and see if they will accept your birth certificate. IN terms and conditions of this casino you have to pass KYC and that includes ID passport or DL. You might get lucky and they might accept your BC. I'm British and I have had withdrawals from all 3 of this groups casinos Goldenbet and Rolletto no problem

So basically I’m not going to get the money support contacted me .They don’t accept birth certificates .And passports on strike plus i can’t afford a passport jst now .So looks like my winnings can’t be withdrawn it’s ridiculous .As birth certificate and proof of address is what I even used to get my job ! And hmrc use it !.Also £30 was taken from account when I signed up from pro play ? A transaction company .So annouyed I needed winnings

It's standard procedure at any online casino to meet their KYC compliance for proof of identity to provide either PP or DL. So if you want to gamble online in the future you are going to need ID

In my experience and I have joined a lot of casinos they want proof of address ID PP or DL and a photo of your bank card used for deposit I can see why a birth certificate will suffice but unfortunately for you Mystake won't accept it.

You probably missed the fact this casino isn't UK-licensed. It applies conditions based on different requirements. If you intend to play in such casinos, getting any kind of ID document to verify your identity will save you such troubles. Take it as a friendly opinion, please.
