Frankly, it would be up to you and the casino to find an agreement, I think. You are correct, that there should be some list of supported payment options, whether it's up to date or adjusted for each country separately, well this is another question, I'm sure.

The only other way you might get a response from them is to post your original post on here (copy and paste ) on a consumer website called Trustpilot make sure you type in MyStake, it has a good reputation on there, and wait for their reply. They are active on there responding to posts. Of course Casino Guru will do all they can to help you as they have a Curaçao e gaming license, but I would explore every avenue in order to get your sons money back. It’s a terrible thing to happen.
