Hej, jag skrev till casinot exakt samma sak som jag skrev här och de blockerade mitt konto för att de tror att jag använder någon annans data? även om jag faktiskt inte ens hade laddat upp bevis på hemvist till mitt konto eftersom jag var rädd att något kunde hända eftersom adresserna inte stämde, nu svarar de inte på mina mejl längre och jag lämnade in ett klagomål här på den här sidan och Jag väntar på svar, jag skulle bli glad om du också kunde kolla upp det och berätta vad du tycker

I would always recommend contacting the casino in case of any unpleasantness, even of this nature. There is nothing to worry about because the more you wait, the worse it can be in the future. 

Anyway, since you have filed a complaint Veronika is now in the process of resolving it and hopefully it will be cleared up and you will be able to change the incident. 

I have looked at the complaint and since I don't deal with them, I will ask you things here from time to time.

In my experience, MyStake Casino usually responds to complaints when contacted by us. We first have to find out from the player everything that is necessary for this to happen. I don't want to give you any false hopes that this will be resolved, I would rather wait to see how the whole situation develops and what our team will find out from you as well. Besides, Veronika doesn't just have one complaint, and you have a timer at the top right of your complaint that tells you how long each side has to respond. So you don't have to worry about not getting an answer from her.🙂

Once documents were put in I pretty sure I was verified within 24 hours but it was a while ago now but I'm sure it wasn't to long and the great thing is, once that was done I was good to go and haven't had any issues. As for game providers literally there all really good and play really well I like the pragmatic, hacksaws and pg softs but all providers play really well and seem to be the best versions of the games available, set to a good rtp. This is what makes mystake a cut above, in my view. Have had some great wins from time to time. Highly recommend 👌

Hej, för 2 dagar sedan satte jag in 20 euro på mystake. Jag spelade med dem och tog gradvis ut 122 euro. Uttaget bekräftades först, men efter några timmar i spelhistoriken sades det att mina uttag var avbrutna. Jag är säker på att pengarna inte återfördes till mitt konto. När jag skrev till supporten skrev de till mig att de lämnade tillbaka mina pengar och att jag förlorat dem, men efter att ha tagit ut 122 euro fortsatte jag inte spela, så jag är säker på att de inte lämnade tillbaka mina pengar, vad ska jag göra?

Thanks, I think my best win may be 2700 odd on ze zuez when it first came out. As we know all the games play better when they first come out. Also had some big wins on le bandit.

I am not sure if the casino can change the RTP whenever they like, though. If the casino is regulated by some authority, they should control it, you know.

No I don't think they can change it as and when, but they have a choice to take the game at a higher or slightly lower rtp and in my experience there usually set to the best rtp available, plus there's slightly different versions of each game (in the way they play) and again in my experience it's usually the best version.

I sound like some sort of mystake affiliate or employee banging on like this! I'm not I just really rate them as a casino
