I have verified all my documents with mystake, I have a verified account, I have tried withdrawing my money 3 times now via bank transfer and denied everytime! They emailed me asking for ‘Card Verification’ and now they said it is verified after sending them multiple photos of my card. I’m wondering if they are going to prolong it even more is there any advice for this casino please. Thanks

I requested the withdrawal 3 days ago now. I still haven’t recieved it. When I ask for an update they say withdrawal processing can take 3 days and to be patient but I thought I would of heard something by now seeing as I verified my card info like the asked.

Generally speaking, the best course of action is to just do whatever it takes to get paid, to always obey instructions, and to comply with all requests even if you do not think they make sense. As far as I understand, there are no other demands; the payout is just awaiting to be processed.

Though I am aware of how difficult it can be, nobody outside the casino has any influence over how they handle verifications or payouts. Good news then, sometimes it's best to be a bit patient and wait a few days, communicate with support and see if something moves forward or not. In some cases it will turn out well in others worse.
