Mr Daniel it's 10 days now my winning bet live table tennis 3500 suddenly disappeared.

They still not resolving it

Jungliwin had let me opened an account and deposit money. After some winnings it’s impossible to make a withdrawal because of an error on the withdraw section all the times. So I can’t make a withdrawal request!


I asked for help in the live chat for more than 10 times now and they’re giving me a different answer every time. Answers such as: technical issues, bonus wagering ( I didn’t receive any bonus ) and so on.

I really want to withdraw my money from this casino as soon as possible. A also asked the curaçao gaming autorities to step in this case, that’s where their license is coming from!

when are you solving this problem? It is still unable for me to request a withdrawal. If I try to withdraw money I get an error all the time. After that error I receive an email with a withdrawal confirmation, but the amount is still in my casino wallet and not on my AstroPay account!


what is the problem? And how do I get my money?

It's regarding my unsettled bet for 3500irs

It's almost 28 days now

They are giving copypaste reply.and blaming betting provider.but I can see my bet never placed and they deducted money.

I have sent all proofs and screenshot they just ignore.

Jag registrerade mig och betalade in där igår. Från första intrycket ett mycket trevligt casino.

Har nu begärt en 4-siffrig utbetalning och väntar på behandling. Förmodligen borde detta göras i slutet av dagen.

Kommer att rapportera om jag har fått mina pengar.

I'd say it is quite normal for bank transfers, mind those 7 days should be the maximum. There's a fair chance money comes sooner, I'd say.

As goes for the status, is it still pending, please? Since the withdrawal can't be canceled, if I understood well, it's because the payment is more likely in progress. 🤔

I'll wait for another update, to be sure.

statusen är fortfarande "väntande". Enligt Casino: 'Jag är glad att kunna meddela att ditt uttag har godkänts av vårt kasino. Just nu bör vi vänta tills betalningsleverantören fortsätter din begäran, hoppas att de kommer att göra det så fort som möjligt. Tack för att du förstår!'

De sa att så fort pengarna kommer in på mitt bankkonto kommer även statusen att ändras till 'Slutförd'.


Jag vet inte riktigt vilken betalleverantör som avses. Kanske har kasinot redan överfört pengarna och de bearbetas fortfarande innan de finns på mitt konto?

Don't worry this is a pretty common process.

Allow me to explain:

These days casinos tend to hire a 3rd party company to handle all incoming or outcoming transactions. This company is called the payment provider. Thus the casino approves the withdrawal, while this payment provider is technically responsible for the transfer. If all works well, it's easier for the casino, if not, however, it's a pain for players. 😀

Give it a few more days, not it is on the payment provider...
