Hey, I find it quite strange that if you were to do a supplementary verification and the casino asks for your address again, they basically refuse you the same one. Did you ask what is the reason for this and why does the casino ask for documents that have already been verified ? 

However, I saw that you managed to open a complaint, so let's see where our team gets to if you don't manage to resolve your situation.

I have a pending complaint with HELLSPIN with the help of Casino guru

Since that I have found out they are not licensed . I don't think I have a hope in re cooperating my winnings they confiscated .


And how.can they trade if no licence there is got to be a governing body that cam shut them down or fine them for being unfair .
