guys get your stories in especially where fca regulated companies like clear junction, tink financial, zen, falcora finance etc are involved. I have read a number of there published stories and the fca has taken action on some processors seizing assets under proceeds of crime act strength in numbers!!! . It may also help in the long run with refunds of open banking payments

Hello mate I only post on here when I feel I can help but I do not have any more I can say or do to help that has not been put on here I am afraid !

Be careful with chargebacks on revolut now. Mines been ongoing 53 days now and they have said that they can’t refund until the merchant responds despite their own terms saying if they don’t respond in 45 days the case it awarded to me. They are stalling on these now

Okay so wise rejected my chargeback because they’re saying the goods were delivered. I remember you saying about showing them proof of another refund about wrong MCC code, correct? What exactly did u say to them

Okay I just said I was refunded for an identical one with my main bank and sent a copy of the refund letter and copied in the FOS then they raised it saying it was due to this evidence they had raised them I am not sure if copying in the FOS swayed it

by that u mean added fos into the email also?

Yes I did this as wise had sent the final response letter advising to take it to the FOS

They did they asked for my details and now nothing almost two weeks of silence now so I'm in the chargeback process now.

Sorry to be repetitive but I have seen Elegro mentioned a few times here, have they refunded anyone directly? They were one of my few merchants for card transactions totalling several hundred but each time I email them they just ask for more statements and keep stalling. Thanks in advance.

I’ve sent my details as of yesterday, and told them if I don’t get a response within 48 hours I’d contact my bank. Tomorrow at around 3pm it would’ve been 48 hours. They even tried to use my card and charged me under the merchant ‘dsgnhunt’ the thieving idiots
