But I would certainly mention such a thing in my complaint, because all things can be solved at once if it is possible. The fact that you are entitled to cashback I understand, the fact that they don't want to give it to you while you have an open complaint, not so much, but let the casino get involved.

As I said, I mention it in your complaint and it will be addressed by the cashback as well. I would probably leave the casino alone and wait for them to reply to the thread. If you keep getting similar replies, it probably won't change if you write to them again tomorrow or today.

They say 300,000 € maximum withdrawal per month in their general conditions, ... in the end they pay 1000 € per day. If you want more, you have to deposit it plus the ultra aggressive support, pushes to deposit all the time, impossible to play quietly without them trying to upsell me. Responsible gaming level is zero.

It is not possible to change it just like that, you know. We really have to know that it is not correct from our users when they submit a complaint, and it is really proven that the casino doesn't pay as they state in their terms. 🤷‍♀️

Tomas will always explain everything you need to know about the complaint. I don't deal with them, but believe me, Tomas as well as anyone else gives them the highest attention. There are some cases that are not in the player's favour in the end because if Tomas is convinced that the whole thing is based on the casino telling you to keep playing, there's not much he can do about it and you can't get a refund based on that.

However, I think that as far as cashback or tournament winnings are concerned, that should be addressed if you didn't get any winnings or if you didn't lose them.

But you will know all that from Tomas.

Yes the RTP isn't 96.23 it's 95.49 as informed by stats when game is loading.
