Jag registrerade mig på kasinot "Casinia" för att spela. Efter att jag fick reda på det bad jag dem via e-post att blockera mig eftersom jag hade förlorat för mycket pengar eftersom jag lider av spelberoende. Den 29 april 2024 kontaktade jag dem via e-post för att stänga mitt konto, varefter de frågade mig varför, när jag berättade orsaken, ingenting hände. -> vad som hände, jag förlorade 5000 CHF.

Den 25.05.2024 kontaktade jag dig igen via e-post

rapporterade och mitt konto stängt. För andra gången. Återigen frågade de varför och igen uttryckte jag min åsikt. -> igen hände ingenting och återigen förlorade jag 5000 chf. Totalt förlorade jag 10000 chf trots att jag gav dem för att blockera mig. Jag har en finanskris för att de inte blockerade mig.

Hi, I saw that you opened a complaint and I don't know if it will end well. Obviously I don't want to get ahead of the situation but from what I've read, you didn't mention in your emails that you want to close your account on the basis that you are a gambling addict which is very important when dealing with cases like this. 

You also mentioned that you eventually texted them in live chat but you don't have any screenshots of that so it will be hard to prove it.

It's a pity you couldn't take pictures from the live chat as well because that would have helped. 😕

Can someone answer wheather this casiono let players withdraw or no? I am asking because I am waiting for 15+ hours by now and still 0 changes.

Situation is still the same. More than 35 hours by now. 3 withdraws in a queue with a 0 progress. Have all the screens if needed.

May I ask which payment method you have used and if there is any information on the casino site about how long it usually takes to get the payment?

Bank Transfer. Online supports says it takes 3 working days but its already 1.5 and I dont think they will manage to complete it…

How about we give the casio at least 3 days since it is the estimated time, and then we shall see?

It is not possible to verify your account is this casino until it’s administration ask about it which they did not. It is my 1st deposit and 1 withdraw, no welcome bonuses taken etc. My chose of this casino was based on your grades and evaluation but now I cant receive my money.

I sent an email yestarday but almost 24 hours no answer. Online chat all the time give the same answer about 3 working days which already has been gone. I have all the screenshots if needed even from live chat support.

Still no changes. Online Support send the same text each time, email support still no answer. I think it is the time to open a complaint.

Hi, I would slowly start to think about it too, but you have to take into account what Romi said and that is 14 days. After that time our team will intervene and until then they will find out everything they need from you. 

I can see that there have been no changes and I am quite sorry if they keep giving you the same answer and nothing moves forward.
