What got me playing with Tsars is good deposit bonuses. Even though i ripped most of them, it's still nice to be offered a deposit bonus with normal wagering requirement (10-20x - depends on your level) and no special withdrawal limits. I'm with them for almost two years and play regularly. So far happy... VIP team could do more for me but that's something players would always complain.
So far my journay has been ok. From the first deposit bonus, verification, withdrawal... all goes OK. Now withdrawal is approved ASAP - only SEPA is bad.
