On the other hand, what happens if casino become properly licensed? The gambling block prevents players from playing in casinos with national lever of regulation sending them to off-shore casinos without national license. That's sadly a very common side effect. 🙁

Observera att klagomålet till DGOJ endast är till för dem att inleda sanktionsförfarandet ex officio och att de inte rapporterar det slutliga resultatet.

Det positiva är att de sedan tre år tillbaka publicerar de slutgiltiga sanktionerna mot speloperatörer. Det tycker jag är väldigt intressant.

It is very interesting. At the very least, I hope that the casino's management will eventually reevaluate how they handle player concerns from a fairness standpoint. Legality aside for a moment, this appears to be the real deal, a very pressing issue. 🙁

Ja, det är verkligen ett problem som jag har diskuterat med de spanska spelmyndigheterna och de har åtagit sig att försöka lösa det. Jag kommer att skapa tråden så snart som möjligt och jag hoppas att den kommer att vara till hjälp för spelare och lite av en varning för illegala operatörer som verkar i Spanien.

Förresten. Jag har varit här i cirka 40 dagar och jag har fortfarande klagomålet från Malina casino. Är detta normalt???

Usually, the casino is given two full-timers to respond back. Counts as 2 x 7 days. I would assume once the current timer reaches zero, the complaint is sadly about to be closed as unresolved. I was hoping it would not come to this.
