Nedala bych příliš na reakci hráče, toto kasíno vyplácí každou legitimní výhru. I náš řecký přítel své peníze dostal - přesvědčit se můžeš zde. 🙂 Poukázala bych na fat, že ta stížnost byla vyřešena 7.7.2022. Není tedy příliš aktuální. Nicméně, Tvůj účet je velmi pravděpodobně zablokován proto, že verifikace běží. Kasíno nyní pravděpodobně zkoumá, zda je výhra v souladu z pravidly, zda jsi oprávdu hrál Ty a zda je možno výhru vyplatit.

Souhlasím, že hráč by měl být o tomto postupu informovám, aby nemusel hledat vysvětlení jinde a osobně příliš nechápu, proč to kasína nedělají. Předpokládám, že na to nezbývá čas.
