Jag såg att jag också laddade upp dokumenten och legitimationen godkändes och jag väntade en vecka på att pengarna skulle sättas in på mitt konto 4 gånger jag försökte för ett uttag som aldrig gjordes ... med ursäkter att det är ett problem i system ..... andra kasinon är lika ärliga som casinoin och betmaster som är från samma land .... borta från Ice casino jag litar inte alls på det i transaktioner långt borta, och när de avbröt uttaget gjorde de inte det skicka meddelanden och jag var tvungen att se det på deras sida ..vilka webbsidor har också ändrats

Hello Ice casino is a really scam, i deposit 450 euros and i win with a total amount of 1100 and i ask a withdraw.
The first time already upload all documents but my withdraw canceled because of KYC, neverminded i pass the KYC the same day and ask again withdraw. They cancel it and say there was an error with card payments and forced me to withdraw with bank transfer (because i ask if they need extra papers they told me no) i wait again some days and rejected because of KYC. Then i go to chat and ask them why, nevermind i ask again withdraw 2 separate 490 euros each, when the first accepted i ask the second one.
After 7 days that was the last day according to their rules to trasnfer the money, the withdraw rejected and at the chat they don't know. Because i know i will never get my money from there i also open a complaint here 2 hours ago. I hope all goes fine but please avoid this casino.

ICE CASINO.... Jag registrerade mig, började sätta in pengar på mitt konto och började spela. Efter ungefär två månader lyckades jag vinna en relativt obetydlig summa på upp till 20 000 CZK jag ville välja, men sedan stötte jag på ett problem med godkännandet av mina personliga dokument, det tog 14 dagar för dem att komma till min ansökan och äntligen kunde jag inte logga in på mitt användarkonto. Det var därför jag skrev ett mejl för att ta reda på vad som händer. Jag fick veta att jag tyvärr skrev in mitt smeknamn i namnfältet, som jag använder de facto överallt, inklusive e-post. Att jag påstås ha lämnat personlig information till en tredje part.... DUM!
De hade inget emot det faktum att jag hade ett användarnamn på kontot hos dem som skilde sig från namnet på kreditkortet som de använde för att få pengar från. Men eftersom jag ville ha pengarna blev det ett mejlbyte om hur jag ville kolla och de kan säga upp mitt konto utifrån detta. Trots mina ansträngningar att BEVISA att jag, verkligen är Jag, var värdelös. Operatören av onlinechatten hade uppenbarligen redan erfarenhet av liknande fall och tänkte inte återbetala mina pengar. Därefter fick jag generöst skapa ett nytt konto, med korrekt information om mina pengar som jag satt in. inte en tredje part, vilket är vad som hände här, och jag kände en möjlighet att returnera mina insättningar... men det spelar ingen roll för ICE CASINO... de behöver inte kontrollera det, så mina vinster stannade hos dem inklusive alla mina insatta pengar.
