I hope they sort it for you mate, you'd think banks would be more suspect on these things considering how shady some of the stuff I've read about them is 😂 charge backs shouldn't be an issue for banned/unlicensed casinos, especially if they advertise themselves as otherwise... Then you've got the merchant codes they're using which aren't affiliated with the casinos themselves
I’ve done a lot of chargebacks. Most have been successful but their have been an odd few which claimed I bought digital art from them and stuff
Who do you bank with? Barclays and nationwide are best for chargebacks. I’ve heard Santander are hard to get them on board same as revolut etc
Nationwide usually, but for the gambling charges i used Chase UK as the currency conversion rates were better, unfortunately they don't accept SEPA either in the UK so it's kind of left me screwed, i've contacted them for the chargebacks and even elegro as they seem to be the payment provider for the casino merchant judging by the info i've dug up, also Nikotpf seems to have a few different merchant codes so i'm not hopeful of getting anything back if i'm being honest
You paid using bank transfer or direct debit?
Paid using my debit card (mastercard), like a normal online transaction, went to a Nikotpf Active web limited (seen a few variations of nikotpf merchants on this thread)

My statement is a mess all these gambling transactions, I’m starting fresh. New bank, and now the worst thing which shows on my bank statements now is just eat lol
I lost about £5000 towards these companies. I only ever managed to recoup about 20% of that back. I was still grateful, because it was better than nothing, but still sad to lose such a big amount. I’m banned on Gamstop, so I won’t be using any uk casinos and I defiantly don’t trust any of these offshore ones and tbh this has helped me as I had a severe gambling addiction and the mess I got myself in with mystake and goldenbet and ninewin, it was enough to just put me off
Oh yeah and another thing today I bought myself a new mattress topper for £100 which I’ve wanted for ages. I never did that before as I used to splurge all my money on slots leaving myself with nothing. I even had to go without food. Sometimes you hit really low points which make you stronger. I really hope I never go back to it, there’s a lot of obstacles in place to stop me, but ergh gambling is just an illness

How did you get back from bitsent? With a chargeback? Them idiots won't even acknowledge they are wrong in an email! Crazy they accepted the chargebacks from my understanding.
I’ve had to re raise my dispute with chase for pixelum who sells nft art they have ignored my emails for proof of goods provided. Chase seen crap tho and don’t really look into things properly. Wintermdsm have said I need to wait 3 weeks for the investigation but I’m still emailing them everyday just because why not. The casinos I’ve emailed are also looking into stuff.
Jag håller med, dom vägrar refunda fast jag förklarat för dom flera gånger att dom gjort fel, dom ber en kontakta Casinot som bara ignorerar en och sedan är man tillbaka på ruta 1 igen.
Har inte så många transaktioner till dom, men runt 400 euro, hade varit nice att få tillbaka dessa.
Has anyone had any luck with getting refunds from any offshore casinos? I know one person did 6months ago in this thread but that’s the only one I’ve heard of.
They've escalated my disputes to the relevant team here, i'm not hopeful but at the same time they let me deposit to the casino illegally as they don't have a license and i'm unable to withdraw, so from a legal standpoint they shouldn't have a leg to stand on really, worst comes to worst i'm going to get in contact with a financial ombudsman, fingers crossed! Not to mention the casinos name isn't on the transactions so i'm sure there's some third party vendor stuff going on
