If you are permanently self-excluded and the casino sends you emails, I would recommend blocking the address where they come from. What should we do about this kind of thing please ? We are not the deciding body in the casinos who determines who gets emails and who doesn't. 

I certainly understand that the casino shouldn't do this, but if you don't do anything about it, I don't know what you expect us to do.

You where very quick to defend them when it was my original complaint and still you tell me the things that i should be doing!!! This is just disgusting behaviour from Zotabet, they should respect my self exclusion. This is really bad from your side and the casinos side. I'm not the only one to report this and yet the casino still has a good rating. You can make contact with the casino!

Well, I don't think we defend them, but on the basis of what Veronika found out, she has to be objective. I fully agree with what you say that the casino should take a serious approach to such situations and not take it lightly. And my recommendation was only in the context of helping, because if you don't want to receive emails, I thought of it as a possible solution. You don't have to do that.

Hur får de bra recensioner överallt? De har inte betalat ut på dagar, alltid samma gamla bla bla. As for 14 days, we give casinos 14 days because it often happens that KYC is required or technical difficulties may occur and therefore this is the universal time that we think players should have their winnings paid out. That's a very good question. And my answer is that you don't have to if it doesn't suit you. If I had to wait a couple of days I wouldn't mind, but if it was more than that then I would wait for the money I have in the casino and not play there anymore. If you don't have problems with withdrawals elsewhere, I don't think there's any reason to keep trying new things. Not everything new has to be better or different.

I was fully verified, now they want my Aprils bank statement showing ALL deposits made. Reading trust pilot reviews I haven’t seen anyone get paid yet. Can someone please confirm once I wait till May 1st for my April bank statement that I will indeed get my withdrawls?

Hi, it’s kind of strange that you’re verified in one screenshot, but then they’re missing some document. So they confirmed that it has to cover the entire month of April, right? 

Of course, I’d send it to them since you can’t withdraw the money without it. As for the casino itself, it has a pretty high safety rating and almost all complaints have been resolved.

So they cancelled my withdrawls again, yet approved my documents that they requested for additional KYC checks showing all deposits. Reason being is that they saw transferred funds from my high interest savings account to my chequing account, and I guess this raised flags for them… then they also requested a selfie of me holding my ID (which is understandable), but asking for this, especially this far into the KYC process is ridiculous (keep in mind they already approved and verified my account). Seems like they are just making things up on the fly, and have yet to provide me with what else I need to get my account FULLY verified and get my money. If someone from your team can please help me out on this it would mean a lot. Every time I make a Withdrawl after being told I’m good, I wait around 2 full days and they cancel it. Also keep in mind that it takes a minimum of 96hours for me to make a Withdrawl so everytime they do this to me it’s +6 days. And with the Withdrawl limits set on my account I have to make 3 withdrawls all a day apart.

this is absurd. Imagine rejecting a Withdrawl because you have to explain to a live support agent you have a job?
