And this is the answer that Gaming Curacao Complaints Department gave me, after this they ignored all further questions, so I don't consider the correspondence as confidential anymore (they were warned).
The first few points are sporadic and impossible to prove anything, I have the right to place any bet or to play any game they offer in the Casino, and put any amount I want. I like to have round remaining sums at my account, so I put bets in decimals.

We simply to not have any brunch dealing with sports betting yet and that is why we are not able to provide this kind of expertise. Sincerely, while I acknowledge that a lot of players have had problems, there are not enough unfair cases to bring down the casino's Safety Index any further. The value must be computed correctly in order to maintain fairness.
