They have been cancelling my withdrawals after they have been processed if I complain, or question anything also. What I think is really suss is if it has been processed, that should mean it's going through the banking avenues, and will end in successful money going into my account.

The fact that they can call it all back and it's instantly back in my account tells me, it's never actually really processed

They are just saying that, with no intention of giving me any money that I can withdrawal. Their aim clearly is to hope that I play it after it lands back in my account. No withdrawal process should be anything close to this difficult

They could've checked the game history and find out what was the issue, in my opinion. It is totally up to you, of course, what you do and thank you for sharing your experience, even though it was not a pleasant one.

Den här veckan begärde jag en ny utbetalning som godkändes en dag senare igår, men mina pengar finns fortfarande inte på mitt konto. Efter att ha frågat kasinot flera gånger fick jag höra en annan sak varje gång. Jag frågade min bank och definitivt inga pengar överfördes av Spinch.

Hur kan det komma sig att den var där direkt förra gången och inte nu? Om de använder omedelbar överföring, borde den väl finnas där omedelbart? Det kan förstås vara så att de har gjort det som en normal övergång.

Jag ville öppna ett klagomål men efter den 3:e frågan omdirigeras jag till en tom sida utan "nästa fråga"

Min fråga om hur det bokades direkt förra gången får såklart aldrig svar. Min bank säger till mig att pengarna har skickats. På ren engelska säger kasinot att vi är klara, allt är klart, reda ut det med banken. Banken säger att de inte har skickat något, reda ut det med dem.

Det har åtminstone inte kommit in några pengar än så länge.
