Hello. I can see, that you are talking here about a sport bonus, on which we, unfortunately, do not have any review, as we do not include the sports to our reviews of online casinos. Therefore we won't be able to help you out with this kind of issue, in any way. Of course, it is always better to read all the bonus terms beforehand, and I can see, when you have a look at our review, over here 👈, that there is a warning saying: "Casino has unfair bonus terms and uses them against players". Let's try not to get ahead of ourselves yet, I can see how the complaint that we have open is developing and let's hope that it will turn out well. Now it's the casino's turn to respond, and we have to think positive. At least they didn't ignore the complaint and if they try to resolve the issue, then that's a good sign. 

However, did they let you know or are they communicating with you when you say that you sent an email to the address they asked you for a couple of days ago ?

and they’ve sent me an email in response that says like this

" ur account is almost empty now, so it doesn’t matter whether we noticed ur email about withdrawal unavailability or not"

Hm, that's probably not the most reasonable response from the casino and I wouldn't like that treatment if they said you had to write to them. I certainly wouldn't expect such a response and I would find it unprofessional on their part. So I am curious to know how they are going to handle this and what they are going to say.

Biggest scam site I ever seen, they won't close your account after asking many times. Never played 1 penny here. So I would suggest to never play here.

Hi, can I know what reason the casino gave you for not wanting to close your account ? Did you send them any emails or did you try live chat ? I think such a request should be taken seriously, so I'm quite sorry.

I emailed multiple times, they are just trying to avoid to block me. I registered saw the reviews on the site (Trustpilot) and I didn't want to play anymore. Good that I didn't because those guys are the scum from the gambling community. After I emailed 3 times they barely reply and said yeah you should confirm your account??? WTF?? Is just weird that people can you treat is way. Then they said you should delete your currency account. That's what they did and I can provide screenshots. Thanks for your time.

Hopefully, the situation will become clearer soon. Thanks for providing the account number to the official casino representative. Let's see what comes next. In any case, it seems you won't use their site in the future and also you did not even play there, so at least, it is not a "money issue" just now.
