Tack så mycket. Jag hade mycket tur idag igen på poker. Jag lägger gärna upp ett foto här. Mitt kontosaldo är nu €250 000. Men casinot betalar bara ut maximalt 10 000 € per månad. Finns det något sätt att påskynda detta? Annars skulle jag behöva betala ut i 25 månader..😂

You should try to ask the customer support of the casino about the maximum limit, but I am not sure if they will be able to change it, unfortunately.

Nu är det dags...tyvärr har mina bekymmer besannats. Jag har spelat mig upp till toppen på livepoker. Mitt kontosaldo är 361 000 €. Nu har de blockerat mitt konto. Precis så!!

I fear that Google search is a tool, not a regulated database, but I understand your point of view.

On the other hand, responsible players usually try to dig up some details first in order to avoid dangerous sites. For that purpose, Google Search is one of the many tools. 🤔

Do you also play at this suspicious casino? I hope you don't. If you struggle there, however, please let us know.

Perhaps there is a way out.

So it's definitely not the best if the casino doesn't answer you, but if they keep making some checks then you'll have to be patient, because most of the time I think they answer when the investigation is over. 

Nevertheless, you still haven't received any reply ? Have you been able to verify your account at the casino yet ? I saw that you mentioned in your complaint that you gave the casino a suggestion that you would take some of what you won, did they say anything to you about that ?

You have done the right thing, in my opinion. I have read your complaint and I am sure our team will do everything possible to get the best resolution. Just be patient, please, and if you have any updates from the casino, make sure to inform us.

It is needed in cases like this, where, without some information from the casino, there is no way our complaint team can move forward. It is nothing unusual to tell you the truth, and I can understand that it is not easy for you to wait, but it is really necessary right now.

Is it perhaps suitable for everyone? What about the cost, please?

You know based on the casino's safety Index 👈 I'm interested in knowing possible alternatives to free-of-charge complaints. Thank you.

Additionally, its license comes from Comoros, technically unreachable if you ask me.

You are wrong, they have a Curacao license. We are putting legal pressure on the regulator/company that received a license to operate a casino. We also go to court if the casino does not cooperate and there is enough evidence. Consultation is free. If the case is accepted and successfully completed, we usually work 50/50. We also don’t take money in advance or anything like that.

An important clarification - we only work with large amounts, from $100,000, €, crypto. It is also possible to combine several accounts into one case against the casino
