Hi, I saw from the casino's reply that you didn't go through account verification. Can you also tell me where the problem occurred and why you were not able to pass it successfully ? Are you still trying to verify now or what stage are you at ?

What does it mean that the casino is very slow with payments ? How long have you been waiting for your withdrawal ? The casino doesn't allow you to withdraw 500 per day but some other smaller amount ? 

I would add that the casino also replied to your post on the previous page, so if you use the "reply" button, the recipient will be notified and you can shorten the time you have to wait for your answer. But this is just a tip.

In terms and conditions is written that

"There is a limit of 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests. The maximum withdrawal limits per transaction / in 24 hours/ month are determined as follows: per transaction: 500 EUR or equivalent in other currency in 24 hours: 500 EUR or equivalent in other currency per month: 10000 EUR or equivalent in other currency.

Taking this into consideration I should be able to withdraw €500 per day. I have scheduled three withdrawals but these are paid one every two/three days.

I understand your reference to Terms and Conditions, but the casino explained it quite well in their other post. I also don't think it's that big a deal at all, and you're not waiting too long. Of course, I can also imagine that the limit could be higher, but since the casino has them set like that, they will have to be adhered to. 

Anyway, as long as you get all your money and the casino communicates I suppose it's fine. Of course, you might get your withdrawals faster in the future, but waiting 2 days is not a disaster. 🙂

Tyvärr kan jag nu bara hålla med de flesta recensionerna. För ca 8 veckor sedan ville jag ha något utbetalt via Paysafe. Dessa komplikationer är naturligtvis synd, jag hoppas att en lösning kan hittas. Till försvar för casinot måste jag säga att verifieringsprocessen gick väldigt snabbt för mig. Utbetalningen fungerar också faktiskt ganska bra, fast man är otålig, men 500 euro betalas ut varannan "arbetsdag". Så för alla som väntar på en vinst är det bara att ha tålamod och vänta 2 arbetsdagar. Jag har väntat på 3x 500 euro utbetalningar i 2 dagar nu och hoppas att min första överföring går ut idag. Om inte så återkommer jag här.

Åh, det är mycket mindre än 500 euro. Verifieringen gick också snabbt och betalningen till bankkontot var också ok. Tills utbetalningen ska komma till paysafe
