Yes i did its already sended , but they said we didnt received on there gateway its added to my playboom24 account and played , now waiting for a withdraw .

Just try to be a bit patient and hopefully everything will be solved soon so you will be able to withdraw your winnings. I know it is easy to say for me, and I can surely understand your frustration, but I believe that if you have the payment confirmation from your bank, it is only a matter of time before the casino will confirm it as well.🤞
