But they will not show the proof or anything, they will just say you violated the rules.

Very easy way to run a casino, when you have to pay, you will have just to say players violated the rules.

As per your trailing mail my withdrawal date is 25.06.2023.


I have attached screenshot of parimatch application in which withdrawal date is clearly 21st and 22nd june 2023for your reference.


Then your three business days are not calculated from 25.06.23.


Withdrawal on Rs8450 on 21.06.2023 and Rs 9400, 6000, 7700 on 22.06.2023 but amount is not received yet.


Also, i am going to raise a complaint if i will not received my money today and give 0 rating. This is really not acceptable.


Parimatch payment system is so poor. I am putting this withdrawal of issues on social media platform if you will not pay my amount on time. 


Please send my withdrawal amount now.

I just moved your post here because this is the official Parimatch thread. Not entirely sure you'll get a direct response from the casino representative, but at least we can give it a try. 🙂

Alternatively, try to use the reply button - find some on the older post posted by the casino representing and use the "reply" then he or she should be notified.

Anyway, are you in touch with the casino? Has your account been verified, at least?

May I suggest submitting the complaint? I see you had some issues in the same casino back in 2021, but frankly, you failed to respond. Well, the complaint feature is still available for free to you.
