I'm wondering now, has your account been fully verified, please? One way oranother, I'd say this "awaiting operator confirmation" means the money won't be released untill the operator or maybe the financial department confirms the transaction.

Both accounts are fully verified, and i made many withdrawals through the same operator and have been proceeded succesfully even after the incident , The casino customer's support emailed me that my complaint was taken care of as their specialists are waiting for the report from my payment system.

Do you suggest me to wait more?

God kväll, jag har försökt ta ut pengar i 4 dagar i det här huset. Första dagen bad de mig skicka en selfie med mitt pass, en selfie med mitt dokument där jag bor (Azerbajdzjan) och i det tredje meddelandet bad de mig om en selfie med passet och min e-post (med meddelandet från vadslagning hus) efteråt. Det tog 3 dagar att svara, de ber mig idag om ett foto av de senaste 3 månaderna av en räkning (el, gas eller vatten), jag förstår inte varför de inte bad mig om detta tidigare, vilket bevisar min identitet med mitt pass och landsdokument i handen, räcker det inte? De säger att du måste visa två dokument...

Problemet är att jag inte kan få fakturorna nu för tiden, den som betalar som reser, jag är här med ett anställningsavtal... finns det något sätt att lösa det på annat sätt?
